You possess a visionary quality, seamlessly melding various forms of creative expression. How do you perceive the interaction of art and spirituality within your work?
The most significant aspect that art represents, intertwined with spirituality, is beauty—a force that nourishes the soul. It feeds the soul and constitutes the core essence of spirituality. Essentially, spirituality guides us towards growth, helping our souls expand and unfold, ultimately elevating our consciousness to higher planes. This elevated consciousness enables us to lead a more fulfilling life and engage in deeper acts of service to others. Consequently, I firmly believe that art fulfills this purpose through its ability to expose people to beauty.
However, art devoid of this inherent quality fails to inspire. In fact, certain artworks may emit negative vibrations. Part of my purpose revolves around elevating my own frequency and assisting others in raising theirs, while simultaneously opening their hearts. Achieving this necessitates access to beauty, as it is an indispensable facet of existence. Beauty’s definition varies from person to person, but in the broader context of consciousness, it evokes a feeling—a sensation that is inherently tied to inspiration. Art, in turn, serves as an inspiration, propelling individuals towards self-improvement and a more enriched existence. This aspiration, ideally, extends towards service to others, as beauty should be shared, expressed, and contribute to the well-being of both the community and individuals.
Your work resonates with a diverse audience. How do you ensure that your messages of healing and spirituality transcend personal boundaries?
However, my entire essence revolves around surpassing personal boundaries and expanding our consciousness, moving towards a grander scope. This progression involves dedicating ourselves to more extensive acts of service, perhaps seen as acts of kindness—assisting others and breaking free from self-absorption. This shift allows us to perceive a broader panorama, with the ultimate goal being to ascend to higher vibrational states for the collective good.
All my endeavors are fundamentally aimed at opening hearts—a crucial prerequisite for elevating our consciousness and making meaningful contributions. These contributions extend to the evolution of our species, the well-being of Mother Earth, and the transition towards the New Earth. Many of us share a deep yearning for this transformation. Anyone on a spiritual journey, experiences this longing, as those leading in consciousness have existed for numerous years and lifetimes, spanning galaxies and civilizations across Earth’s history and beyond.
At this juncture in our evolution, we stand on the brink of the New Earth. Yet, within our cellular memory and DNA lies the imprint of ancient golden ages—eras that faded into the past, leaving traces of their existence. I’m uncertain if I’ve adequately addressed your question, as I continue to move towards clarity.
What type of services do you offer?
I offer ways to assist clients to open their hearts. I provide a pathway to attune them with their higher selves and their greater purpose. I offer services for healing their physical, emotional, and mental bodies, inspiring shifts in attitudes and the belief systems, which are the foundations of what keeps people stuck. As much as possible, I extend assistance in alleviating pain, stress, anxiety, and the limited patterns that shape our reality, resulting in imbalances. This enables people to unfold and advance towards a heightened state of living, thriving, flourishing, and embracing life with ease, grace, magic, serendipity and abundance. The aspiration residing within everyone’s heart, is something I strive to help them discover, both for them and for myself.
A pivotal aspect of this journey is my commitment to living what I preach, teach, and offer. I channel my efforts through practices like the Emotion Code® and the Body Code®. Another technique I utilize is the HeartThread®, which disentangles patterns from both the body and the mind, facilitating fresh perspectives and shifts in deeply ingrained belief systems. This process counteracts the negative influences that stem not only from our surroundings, the environmental toxins present not just in the elements but also in the minds, because everything is interconnected and interrelated.
I endeavor to guide people in recognizing the intricate interdependence of everything. One can choose to eliminate sugar from their diet, yet if their mind harbors anger, unforgiveness, or remains fixated on the past or worries, the benefits of a healthy lifestyle might elude them. Thus, it becomes essential to view the entirety of the situation from a comprehensive vantage point to create a genuine impact.
You serve as a channel for angelic and divine wisdom. So, how do you connect with these energies, and how do they manifest in your artistic creations?
It’s one approach. I happen to be blessed with an ability that hasn’t been around for that long. Every morning after I meditate, I sit and start writing, and messages come through. It used to be from specific beings, but now it’s primarily from The Christ. Occasionally, it’s different, but I begin to speak, almost as if I’m having a conversation. This presence accompanies me, engaging in a dialogue. It’s not a trance; I’m consistently communicating with these guides. You could say they’re with me, guiding me in the way I express myself. It’s both their guidance and my natural manner of speaking. It has evolved into a fusion of their influence and my own. They often refer to themselves as the voice of God, because that divine voice resides within. Thus, I tap into my connection with the divine, accessing wisdom, love, and truths that consistently astound me. Whenever I doubt my abilities, situations prove me wrong.
Someone once asked me to connect with an ancestor, which I initially thought I couldn’t do. However, the name “Uncle Bob” suddenly came to mind. I conveyed this, and the message turned out to be accurate—he was portrayed as a playful character encouraging a more lighthearted approach. This experience highlights my reliance on faith, trust, and patience. Over the years, I’ve grown to have confidence in what comes through me, even if occasional inaccuracies arise. However, in most instances, what I channel is not only accurate but also spiritually uplifting—this aligns with the purpose of channeling.
Channeling isn’t a separate endeavor; it’s intertwined with everything I read, my interests, and interactions. These elements shape what emerges from me. For example, I might hear about an event like the Lion’s Gate, prompting me to share insights. Collaborating with a friend in a recent video, some information came from others, yet it merged into a unique expression reflective of me. That’s the process. I mention channeling The Christ, sensing a connection to a broader Christ consciousness, but it’s not a sudden switch to channeling specific figures like Saint Francis of Assisi. Although I could potentially channel such figures, my typical channeling flows naturally. It’s consistently beneficial, as confirmed when people seek channeling. After about 5-10 minutes, I usually pause to ensure it’s coherent, and they typically affirm its clarity. This is the general process.
Working with people and acting as a channel, sharing your wisdom and uniquely healing individuals is a dreamlike endeavor. How do you practice self-care and maintain your own well-being amidst all these processes?
This is an intriguing question, as I’ve been recovering from a bout of diarrhea and a bug that has lasted for about two weeks. During this time, I’ve had to rest considerably, forsaking my usual routine of dancing twice a week and going on hikes, which are frequent activities for me. However, I’ve remained steadfast in my morning meditation practice regardless of the circumstances. I sit down, engage in my routine, and channel energy from above. I ground myself with Earth’s energy and open my heart. Enclosed within a sphere of light, I call upon my guides and angels for guidance. If I notice any weakness or weight loss, I take short naps.
Thankfully, it seems that I’m gradually recovering from this illness. Typically, I emphasize dance, hiking, and immersing myself in nature. My diet leans towards healthiness, with a focus on organic and plant-based foods. Over the past year, I’ve transitioned from a meat-eater to a vegetarian and then to a vegan. I’ve made various changes in my lifestyle, which I’m accustomed to from a certain perspective. If a strong message prompts me to eliminate something, I act on it without hesitation.
This illness, however, forced me to abstain from things I love, such as salads, vegetables, and fruits. I intend to reintroduce these foods gradually as I recover. I do what I can, and I also receive bodywork from a practitioner covered by my insurance. This deep tissue bodywork includes techniques like Jin Shin Jyitsu. Although I don’t regularly seek external care, I make an effort to look after myself.
Maintaining a positive mindset is integral to my self-care routine. I always seek out the silver lining in situations, and my trust in the process and my patience are crucial aspects of my self-care. This foundation of trust keeps me moving forward, knowing that I’ll overcome any challenges. I remain dedicated to finding the positive aspects in every situation.
Fear
I have often wanted to put a few special answers to important questions that the Guides have channeled through me. In many cases, these answers were given in confidential private sessions or on the Alternate Tuesday evening channeled Meet The Guides series, where the questions are only recorded on my voice recorder as MP3 files. I finally figured out a way to showcase some beautiful images while uploading the message as a video file to YouTube. When I wrote The Path of the Spiritual Warrior, I had numerous questions that were of a general nature so I could include the Q&A as text in the book once the material had been transcribed and edited – a slow and long process. Now I can upload my recordings and share the insightful answers as video files here and soon in other video platforms. As I browse through these files, I will be sharing more of them in my blog and on video. Here is the most recent. Jack even suggested that it would be of benefit to others to hear the Guides’ perspective on Fear.

Winter Solstice Message
Dec 13, 2022 The Guides bring us a special message for this time asking us to show love and kindness and move towards compassion and forgiveness through developing unconditional love. We do this by understanding that each one carries the results of their karma and actions, and their belief systems. Trust and be patient. There is a great divide, but we must not judge anyone. One can transcend the temptation to judge others by recognizing our oneness. The real divide is between those who are raising their frequency through non-judgement, compassion, kindness, love and cooperation, and the ones who live in fear, greed, desire for power and control over others. One can thrive in the midst of all challenges, by trusting and focussing on positivity. There is always a silver lining to every cloud. Everything works for a higher purpose. Trust in a Higher power. Show love and kindness this holiday season and experience joy. And consider those less fortunate by sharing, giving and being kind.
Message from Old Chinese for the Equinox:
Old Chinese is a Spiritual Guide who is one of the 12 voices of the New Earth Council. He brings a message of self-assessment, self love, compassion and reassurance as we pass the midpoint of the year marked by the Autumn Equinox, equal day and night, equal light and dark. This is a good time to look at what can we do to make a difference in the world. Angels Walk In Beauty
Here is a recording of the Channeling session I shared with the group at the Walking In Beauty 3 day ceremony in The Netherlands during the Autumn Equinox this September. Visit Your Heart
Dear one, it is always such a pleasure to converse with you and to look at the approaching wave of energy that comes towards your planet and that is moving in your life, for there is a movement, a great shakeup, that is obvious, that the shake-up is also penetrating into the depths of each person and the place within the structure and framework of it all; because it is important to always recognize the inter-connectedness of yourself with nature, with each other, each one, the water, the air, the Earth, the seasons – the interconnectedness of all that is within your macro and microcosmic themes. There is such a vastness of interconnectedness within the physiology, the physics, the psychology, the dimensions, the realms, the levels in consciousness. There is a wave that is moving across your world that is not just shaking up everything, but is laying down the foundation for what must replace that which is falling apart, for that which is falling apart is bringing about tremendous amounts of fear. And fear is what runs your planet. And has been running your planet and is of an old vibration that cannot sustain itself. For you are moving your life as a species towards extinction, and there must be a place where the stop sign says “you cannot go further” until you have made some major modifications in your attitudes, in your understandings of reality and in your experience of reality. There must be balance and as the pendulum has reached its maximum point of out of balance-ness it must return now towards a more neutral place, a new plateau, at a new level
It does not take a rocket scientist, it does not take an Angel to know that your world is in chaos and there’s tremendous amount of fear, and the only remedy known for fear is love and what is love: “the unconditional acceptance’s of another reality”. “Allowance” is a very difficult undertaking from where you stand- to recognize that there is an unfolding that is in perfection at work in your life, and that you can trust what you may call a higher power; that you are ready for a new beginning; that you are ready to embrace the wholeness of who you are, which includes that which you designate as evil or dark, the energies that move forward the violence, the greed, the interference from other Beings that has caused so much chaos within your world, and yet, the pendulum swings backwards and forwards in constant motion, and your evolution happens, and your moments happen. And so this is where you must come – to the place of being in the moment, “who am I? what do I carry? what of what I carry do I want, and what do I no longer want? I do not wish to live in fear, in lack, in isolation. I wish to live in harmony with the essence of who I am as a human, as an angel, as a creature, as an expression of God. I wish to reclaim that nature that I carry within me that is that essence of the living spirit that is within all life and that blesses all life. I wish to align with this vibration now and stay in that alignment living from my heart and each day I will reinforce my resolve to live from that vibration, in that state of mind and be willing to experience ease and grace on an ongoing basis. I take on the challenge to make the big leap from that space of hiding, looking for safety; to flying, seeing everything, experiencing every moment to its fullest, feeling the love of God within my heart, living from the heart”.
This is your challenge, at this time, this is what is required, and what you are being asked to experience in terms of transformation, of everything, at all levels. There need be no fear for there is guidance, support, resource. The universe knows what to do. You can not fix it. You can only be yourselves and live each moment as an expression of that resolve: to live your fullest potential and offer it to all for service; but for yourself to receive that same offering as it is reflected back and forth, among your hearts that carry this intention, this desire, this orientation of service. Honor it, respect it, be grateful for it. It is your gift to the world, what you carry in your heart, your love for your friends, your families, your people, your creatures, your love for the Earth and the waters, the air, the soil; the creatures that are fading from your planet they are all calling to you for transformation a voluntary experience of allowance, of being willing to receive and accept the stewardship of your Mother through your heart, so the experience of joy and abundance, everything you do to elevate your own heart and mind and body and being, you do for her too; for the light you are shines and touches everyone and the brighter the light, the greater your contribution, and there’s nothing you have to do but shine; be an expression of love, of acceptance, forgiveness, of hope – for those that have none. Generate it in your own attitude, a knowing that there is a divine purpose to everything, there is a divine intelligence at work. Allow yourself to rest in this vibration as it carries you forward into the next year into this final season of the 2016 12:19 year, this most pivotal year you have ever imagined or experienced, for so much has shifted and changed within this one year framework and it is expanding and accelerating so that your mind must let go of its illusions, of its ideas, of its beliefs; you cannot ride on this wave feeling unworthy or guilt or shame. There is no room within that framework for those old stories to come with; they are spent. The reason why you’re not living your full potential is accessible to you now. Access it; unlock the key that keeps you from being your full potential; from living from your essence; from living a life of ease and grace and joy and peace, cooperation and harmony – a new world unfolding within the ashes of the old, ready to burst forth. You a part of this evolution. We are the Angels, your messengers; we are your guides and your guardians. We are available for you to commune within your own heart and we encourage you to do so and you may call them what you will or they will give you names. These will be your own voices, your own team of Angels that will replace the old voices of your imprints, your conditioning, your traumas, your experiences, your losses and sadnesses, and your strong emotions. Honor them. They had a strong part to play in bringing you to this place. Now that you are here, you to get to choose what you want to take with you and what you want to leave behind; for you are at the threshold, as is all of creation. All of this human universe is at a threshold, at the crossroads and it is moving in a very beautiful direction. If you take Time and allow it to be malleable, and you take space and you recognize its interconnectedness you become your own best lover; you become your own wisdom, your own guidance, you become your own heart and you can shine, fully illumined and illuminating everything, just by being. If you feel into this place where we are taking you as you listen or read, it is a place you can go to; it is a vibration. It may be for you just a starting point; you may not need it 18:51- you may have your own way. It is fine. You are moving into unity consciousness whether you like it or not, whether you want it or not; and as you want it and like it, it will grow within you and your heart will blossom. It was never intended for you to suffer any more than was necessary to bring you to this place. Do not allow the what-ifs and all the thoughts of the mind to confuse you into thinking that none of this is possible or real for your mind has not been there yet. 19:57 Only your heart can take you there now. The mind can help you by allowing your heart to direct it into fruitful thinking into generous acts of kindness and love; into deeper communication, greater wisdom and peace. All is yours, waiting for you, and it is waiting for you to take at whatever moment you choose to. And your heart will tell you what to do; and what not to do, as long as you visit it daily; and as much of the day as you can muster.
It is a very simple practice, just to visit your heart as often as possible. You may find us there, having conversation with you about your life, about what you want, about what’s going on; for you will find in your heart many treasures. We wish you much fun as you go treasure hunting. Remember to play, no matter what happened. Remember to laugh, to sing, to dance, no matter what happened, or what you thought happened.

These posts are channeled messages I have received from my guides and angels, and from other sources such as Grandfather Tree, a special tree that is my favorite place to go when I need to be with Nature and Mother Earth. The first message is from The Angels and was received at Grandfather Tree on 3/18/2016
Grandfather Tree
“We all have great accumulations of suffering stored in our bodies; The loss of a parent, a child, someone. Abuse. So much pain, so much anger is accumulated and stored in the cellular memory of the body. In order for this world to become a sane place, in order for humanity to survive, in order to be happy, it is necessary that more and more people are able to release these old burdens from the memory held within the body, so they can be free. But they can also create a ripple effect, to open the hearts of everyone they know, everyone they love, so that more and more hearts can be open. Because, as the mass switches towards more and more of the craziness, of the violence, of the mindlessness, there has to be a greater counterbalance to bring it back home to the heart. It is our work, for the heart thread and for all of those who are awaking now.
It is important to be open, to open the heart, and to open hearts. It is so important because the new model of society, of unifying civilizations into the heart space is what is happening for the planet, and for all who are able to participate in this. There is nothing to do. We are so busy doing, that we get lost in the doing. We get lost in our story. We get lost in the pain, in the anger, resentment, the hopelessness and the despair sometimes, the pain of a breakup or loss, or rejection, a misunderstanding. All of the emotions that a human undergoes can be cathartic. They help you to wake up. It is pain that also brings about an awareness of something beyond. The ability to experience that others have pain too, that they are like you, that they too carry this human imprint of suffering, then you can begin to recognize that you, your brother and your sister are all the same in the eyes of Creator. No one is loved more or less.
Just like the sun shines equally everywhere, so too does God’s love that which created everything that is, that is continuing to pour into the entire universe. This love is available to be received and felt, to be experienced and used, to transform the emotions that keep us in bondage so that we can be free. We can be clear. We can be free of our old patterns that are based on what came to us as children, and what we brought to this world when we came, and what is seeking to be healed and clarified. We each carry some special gift. Some carry many, but we each have that special one-pointed uniqueness that is an individual spark, your soul, your connection to Source. That spark that created all that is, is the same spark that created you and that sustains everything.
It is our privilege and blessing to experience what we call life, awareness, consciousness. We have evolved.
We have evolved. Our minds, our consciousness have grown since the early times when genetic implants helped to create the human beings that you are now. Your intelligence has developed. Your ability to be within an environment that is changing rapidly is a measure of your intelligence. And so, as you deal with what comes up, you are refining, you are honing. It is like sharpening the knife, sharpening the blade of the samurai sword, polishing it, bringing it to such a fine edge that it can slice through hair along its length.
You are so much more than you think, than you realize. You understand, you are taught that you use 10% of your capacity, of your creative ability, your interconnectedness with all that is through the DNA, your 12 strands; beyond two; your multi-dimensionality and your interconnectedness with your galactic brothers and sisters, with your neighbors; with the creatures that dwell within the earth, above the earth. You have yet to meet your friends in the animal kingdom. In the plant kingdoms, in the rock and mineral. There are souls waiting to greet you in every tree that are connecting, that you are connected to. But you do not see.
You do not feel it until you go to that tree and talk to it, relate to it, share with it. Recognize there is a soul that has a different way of communicating, has a different kind of nature, and yet is able to communicate with you. As you experience this, you will recognize how interconnected everything is. This is the nature of God, of God’s love. It interconnects and interpenetrates all that is.
Creator has given us the ability to create. What a gift. We were given a life, and then tools to use that life. To create. What are we creating? For ourselves, for the world, for Creator?
It is possible, and it is time to direct our creative energy to an evolved planet that recognizes its interconnection with all the other planets and all life, and recognizes its oneness within the framework of God’s love and that which God has created. There is nothing that is separate from God. Because however you call it, however you think about it, whatever image, whatever understanding you have of that which you call “God”, it must include all that is. Everything is God. That is how we know, that is how it is. It is also imbedded in our soil, our blood and our cells. That there is a flow, an electromagnetic flow, that carries information, that carries light, that carries communication, that carries the voice of Spirit. It can be shared and experienced as unity.
And so it is possible now for this evolved consciousness that you have become, moving into the next level of experience as a creative source of creation, from Creator’s love expressing in this world. We are evolving together a new world, benevolent, unified, safe. You are invited to participate by opening your heart, finding someone to love, to care about, to consider perhaps, “what is it like for them”? Those that you judge, those that you hate, those you abhor. What is it like to be them? Perhaps you will have compassion when you feel the misery that breeds actions and thoughts that can harm another. When you understand that when you hurt your neighbor you hurt yourself, that you are all that is, that everything and everyone is an aspect of your consciousness and what you’ve created. The world is a collective consciousness of all of you creating all of you, just like God does. Just like God is. An endless infinite process of creation. You could define God in this manner. The most amazing intelligence possible beyond imagining. You have that behind you, under you, inside of you. Within the atom is this unified field. It is in every atom of your being. There is programmed within you, in every cell, in every atom, this consciousness of God. Of creative energy, of life force, that pulsates within you. This is God and this is you. There is nothing else but God’s love. And everything is an expression of it.
When you recognize the feeling of recognizing that this is something that can be felt, this love of God; it can be felt in that warmth, somewhere in the midst of all the suffering, there are moments of warmth. Put your energy and focus there. Remember them. Let them begin to shine and warm up more and more until you feel the glow always. For you will be safe in that space. When you recognize that you are protected, you are guided. There are beings that watch over you and are waiting for you to ask for help, tell them what they can do to bring you less stress, greater happiness, a sense of peace; A desire to help another; An ability to listen; To recognize yourself as this unique creation that has never been, will never be again in this form, with this being, this body, this summation, this intelligence and this consciousness and this personality. You have it all. It is all laid out before you. A garden. The garden has been trashed, and it is time to clean it up. We, we’ll call ourselves the angels, wish you to please clean up the garden. There are children waiting to come and play in it. We love you. We thank you. Bless you.”
