I have just finished editing the last voice, The Christ, from the New Earth Council series of channeled messages and Q & A. Here is an excerpt of the Christ’s answer to one of the questions about lower frequencies, darkness and dark agendas:

(MS.) So what is the purpose of lower frequencies, darkness and dark agendas? Is it purely a contrast to understand what light is and love is?

A. You ask deep questions. We approve. When we talk of the All That Is, when you look at the soul; when you look at the subject of free will, you understand that beyond the energy of Christ, beyond the possibilities of what is out there in the great world-wide Universe of Creation, That which created All That Is, whether it’s called God or Creator or if it’s All That Is creating All That Is, created everything to be what it is. Darkness has been defined as the absence of light. It is necessary in the highest gift giving that is possible for a soul, that the Creator (we will just call it that) gave to each soul free will. They gave them the ability to choose. Some chose eventually to hide in the darkness because the Light somehow triggered them or whatever other story we could come up with, to generate a sense of isolation that was so deep and powerful that they could not handle recognition of themselves as Light. It is almost as if things had to divide up into polarization in order for movement to happen, and so the wholeness separated into Yin/Yang, and always there was the seed of the one within the other, the potential for one to morph into the other.

             There is always the possibility that a great Light, that a human who has attained the highest levels of consciousness, of Avatar, of Boddhisattva could descend into depths of darkness just as it is possible that one who has groveled in the deepest, darkest idensity and as performed the greatest atrocities possible could ascend to the Realms of Light somewhat like the Prodigal Son, you might say, and return to their pristine nature as God’s Light in expression. The gift of free will allows everything to exist without judgment. It is as if the Sun will shine upon everything and those energies that are hidden in shadow, because something has been placed in the path of the light waves, it is not going to stop the Sun from shining, but it allows the choice of those energies to hide behind something, density, to allow them to have an experience. Also, the so called Free Will Experiment that allows souls to choose between light and dark is there intentionally for the perspective, for the possibility of a soul growing, of a soul expanding into greater and greater light consciousness through the experience of suffering. And suffering has become a result of the descent into darkness and density, and has generated the conditions that create that ability of a soul to experience tremendous suffering in order that they could grow into a commensurate field of Light and Love and of compassion.

            So each one holds within their hands the possibility, the potential for all directions for all experience and has been given the ability to choose. The gift of creation essentially is free will, the idea that you are transcending the Free Will Experiment and moving towards the Free Heart Experience is a new field of order, shall we say. It does not deny one’s choice, but it creates a vibrational field that allows you to experience a new model of living in human form with the human heart, in such a way that you can experience ease and grace and love and connection, cooperation, collaboration and peace without the need for that same experience of suffering in order to grow as a soul. For souls to grow, it has been up to this point, the fastest way of growing, of expanding into greater Light for a soul, has been the experience of coming into density and suffering in order that they could generate the greatest amount of what in Buddhist terms is called merit, and expand into greater Light. When a soul is all the time experiencing, the great Light of Creator, that great beautiful field of Light, of being part of God or Goddess or of The All That Is, soul growth is very slow in terms of so-called time, and the acceleration that suffering provided has been necessary. Plus you have cycles upon cycles of Karma that have been accumulated through harm and generation and creation of suffering, and in order to move through these and move beyond them, it is necessary to come to that place of a balance point where the Karma gets cleared, and we alluded to this the last time that what is happening on your planet and why, in fact, the dark energies are serving the higher plan through their insidious intentions, because they have set in motion, not just the disintegration of the old systems, but the balancing out of old Karmic patterns that require suffering to see them through to the New Earth.                     The Christ

We have stressed for you in the past, over this whole series, the importance of examining your ideas, your assumptions, your belief systems and the very words you use, and the associations that you have with those words. It is important for you to recognize that each one of you is a Grand Central Sun for a whole universe that revolves around you, and imagine that each one of you is a sun in the center of a solar system, whether it be your family or your children, your grandchildren, or it be your friends, your neighbors, or those in your spiritual groups.

            Imagine that there are these different kinds of personality types that are all revolving around you and that for the time being you can lay aside your own personality and manifest this energy of comprehension, of integration, of synthesis; that you are an energy, like a force, like, for instance, the force of the neutron within the Atom that has the power to hold this entire field of energy in place so that it all revolves around you, so that each of the electrons that revolve around your central sun, that each one of them has a particular kind of elemental nature that is different from the others and so you have your Geminis and you have your Virgos and you have your Scorpios and you have a different approach to how to see things. You have a different perspective. Just as we have done with this group of 12, we have attempted to give you the broadest spectrum possible of different understandings and approaches to essential, basic truth: the truth of Union, the truth of Light and the energy and essence of being the Love of God in expression, which is what each one of you is.

            And so, imagine that you have come, you have gone through all your incarnations and you have gone home to Source and you have been asked to become a sun and to have around you a solar system that you are responsible for shining Light upon, to create the life force energy that will begin to develop Gardens of Eden, libraries of manifestation of all sorts of life forces, of all sorts of energies, of human, of creature, of virus and bacterium, of earthworm, of scorpion, of turtle, of elephant or lion; that you are the Sun that is shining upon your solar system and each planet may perhaps have its own satellites or moons, and some planets will have oceans upon them and trees and waters flowing, and other planets will have different forms perhaps, of life that is completely different. Surrounding you is an entire universe and you are the center and it is important that you never stop shining your Light, giving your heat, allowing the vibrations that come to you from another Central Sun that is at another dimensional level beyond yours and yet is feeding you in the same way that you are feeding your planets. And so, you recognize that you are a central sun within your own system; but you are also connected to (we don’t like the word “hierarchy,” but you understand what we mean) when we say you are connected to a whole field, a hierarchical expansion, of other Grand Central Suns that all shine upon other Suns and all are shined upon.

            And so you have this interconnectedness that reaches into Infinity in both directions, all the way down to the minutest energy beyond Atom and the greatest energy beyond the Galaxy, all the way to Source, all the way to the Grand Intelligence of All That Is, that could even create such a vastness; of Intelligence with such a refined, amazing way in which everything is balanced and poised in an equilibrium that is allowed to shift and change and morph and yet constantly maintains a field of equilibrium that keeps everything moving. And yet, within the center is that stillness, that space of the No Thing, the Tao. You might call it the Emptiness, but it is an emptiness from which all Wisdom springs. For it is necessary, in order to even say words like we are sharing with you, that there must be an emptiness at the center that receives these messages and allows them to come forth. So, each one of you is a sun and an emptiness. Each one of you is a divine potential that is not yet manifest. Each one of you is Source, that spark of divine fire that animated your body, that is your Soul, that is your connection to all of life and all this grandeur we are talking about. That spark is the true nature of who you are and it sparks the Great Fire within you of your central sun; it is your soul connection inwards and outwards, radiating out and radiating in.

We wish you to imagine that which is the external universe, the stars that you see at night that reach out to Infinity, that are beyond counting like the sand on the shore, and there is that one shore in front of you, and yet there are so many shores upon your planet, as each one is like a star in the great vastness of infinitude. So too, that expense of Infinity exists within you. You can go deeper and deeper and broader and broader into an endless expanse of possibility, of understanding, of knowing, of feeling, of connection that extends within you into Infinity. Is this not a great miracle? Is this not the Great Mystery? Can you not feel how powerless and powerful you are at the same time to be that spark, to hold the template of Divinity within you, and allow it to unfold, just as those two minute little things, the egg and the sperm come together and then, in a grand explosion of sacred geometry, they begin to multiply and to form out of the fields of order everything that is required for the creation of a new life. The mystery is beyond understanding. If you consider this time on your planet, of your life at this time, of your life right now, it is but a drop in the ocean.

            It does not matter who will be president and who will not. It does not matter whose ideas will run the show. Everything is being dismantled that is not sustainable, whatever the appearance. It is just the appearance. Hold your breath for just that half second before you breathe in and recognize that everything will change, that everything can change, and that you can change whatever it is that has been bothering you, just like that, by entering that space of the No Space, of the No Time, of the No Thing in that breath, and recognizing that you are on the threshold of the New Earth and that you cannot allow yourself to be deluded any longer by appearance.            

You cannot allow yourself to pay attention to the voices of put-down, of diminishment…..

Apollo was the third Voice of the 12 from the New Earth Council. Here is an extract of the message from Apollo

ApolloWe want you to experience this in the same way that you experienced the warmth of the Sun’s rays upon your skin. We are asking you to feel that they are expressions too of God’s love, filling all space, filling all time, going backwards into every single life of yours (if you want to see it from a linear perspective or if you see it as a parallel perspective). All of your lifetimes, all of your experiences in any dimension are now being filled with beautiful rays of God’s love. We are asking you to take a nice breath and allow yourself to feel it in your body, in your heart, in your mind. Do not try to make sense. Just feel it. Every day, when you do your practice, ask to feel this love. Express it through your actions, your words, thoughts, your feelings. Transform everything that is not love into this beautiful, magnificent warmth, this golden Light and energy. That is one way of seeing and feeling that which you are, for within this beautiful radiance of God’s love, you are all melting into each other. And as you do this, you melt everyone into the same vibration of Oneness.

You are here to establish these structures. They are structures of Oneness. They are structures of the energy of coming together, of resolution, of finding ways to live in peace and harmony, in cooperation; of letting go of that struggle for survival, that struggle that requires you to think in terms of competition, in terms of scarcity, of limitation, in terms of seeing yourself as in any way limited, in any way diminished. For you cannot diminish God’s love and you are it. You are it! The Buck stops with you! You have to be God’s love in action, in motion, in expression, because that’s what you are. This is beyond the illusions. For everything that is not God’s love is the illusion. It is a long stretch perhaps for your mind, but your heart knows how easy this step is and your heart will now direct your and instruct you as to how to proceed to dismantle the illusions, to dismantle the belief systems that have not worked, that have created separation, dissension. They have created an idea that there are others that are to be feared. Each Human Being, no matter how dark their experience, has this connection with God’s love. Within their heart is the spark, that same Sun, Solar Logos energy within the heart of each Being that has consciousness; because it is the nature of your consciousness as a human that God’s love, that that spark of Divine Fire that you are, is there embedded in your very center.

It is written in your Bible that you were created in the image of God. What is more so, is that man, especially, that Human has created God in the image of “Man;” and this is perhaps the greatest illusion of all, for it hides many truths that are hidden in the annals of all of your so called, teachings, of your sacred works. Only that which is of the heart is sustainable, as we have said before. Only that which resonates with Oneness is allowable any longer for you who are on this path of the Spiritual Warrior. Only love, only Light is your Reality now. Each time anything else pops up in your mind, each time a voice from the past, from your father, your mother, your peers, your teachers, that says you are not good enough, that you can’t, that you do not deserve, that you are too small, too large, too old, too fat, too skinny, too whatever; that you take these concepts and you throw them away and you do not allow them to occupy your mind.

TesuqueFallThe pangs of loneliness are very familiar to most of you. Today, the day you call (St) Valentine’s day, is a day of hunger and sadness for many, who, just like, around your Christmas season, have to face a world in which they feel very alone, without close family or friends, or a lover. There is a sense of isolation that is part of the Human condition, for, in truth, when it boils down to it, each one is really alone within their own universe, within the mental and emotional structures of the psyche and the consciousness that has developed around you and colors your world view. So, this underlying reality is heightened many fold, when your world celebrates these times with gifts and flowers, feasts and special ceremonies and with what is supposed to be a joyous gathering with a special someone or a special group of friends or family.

It does not make it easier to understand that loneliness is an endemic state of affairs and is part and parcel of the human condition. Even within the most seemingly loving, harmonious and ideal relationships and family structures, there often lurk hidden components that can grow like a canker in the blood, and suddenly, at some undetermined point, rear their ugly heads as a form of cancer or disease or eruption of dissatisfaction, anger or disaster. For human life is not only a mystery, but is a territory for a journey of growth, and if there were no challenges, no thorns to the rose bush, and always love and light, the lifetime may seem sweet but would not yield growth and spiritual development. There would be little learning, therefore not much advancement for the soul.

SFeRiver1So what is the lesson in the field of loneliness? What is the seed that grows and what is the nature of the plant and the blossoms and the fruit of this condition. Shakespeare has said in King Lear, “The ripeness is all.” There is a deep experience within the feeling of being alone that is accompanied by self blame, self loathing and self denigration. There is a sense unworthiness, of being a victim and of being down on your luck, not a pleasant state of affairs and not an easy experience to combat or contradict if you do not have a powerful practice or strong belief in something like a Higher Power that is loving and embracing and forgiving. It is often in these moments of feeling so isolated, that one can choose to end it all, to take their life and sometimes that of another with them, because the desperation and sense of powerlessness and worthlessness is so great.

There is a need to develop a practice of caring, of community and of cultivating a strong intuition for your friends and neighbors, because a smile, a kind word, a cup of tea or coffee or a walk together can make all the difference in someone’s life. It is vital to develop a practice for yourself in which you grow your faith, in which you undertake to negate the voices of put down in your head, to connect with the body mind and develop a relationship with something creative and life enhancing; to break old patterns, to develop resolve to end habits of addiction that numb the soul and the emotions and allow the presence of demons, be they real or metaphoric, to take over your life. You have been given the power of choice, of decision, of wonder and miracle to allow you to shift these old patterns and remove from yourself the burdens of old worry and struggle that have been placed on your shoulders and accepted by you as yours, unwittingly, when you were too young to know the difference.

We urge you to reach out to someone, to find help and to recognize that there can be a difference between loneliness or isolation and solitude. In solitude, you begin to create a relationship with yourself of love, of admiration, of gratitude and of sovereignty. You become your own best friend, You find things that excite and energize yourself, and you begin to recognize that you have the power, that there are guardians and angels that you can turn to and develop a relationship with, who will steer you in a direction of growth and deeper satisfaction. We want you to know that life is connected, that you are immortal and infinite, that you are a part of a greater whole and that you are indispensable to the greater good of the whole, of the planet and your community and that this feeling of being isolated is a wake up call to change the direction of your life from feeling like a victim to an empowered, sovereign being with the self authority to make healthy decisions. You may need to change the environment in which you live, the people you see, and certainly the attitudes that you have habitually seen your life and the world through, but it must be done, it can be done, and you are the one who must choose. The simple practice of exercise, of walking in Nature, running, swimming, sports, of some kind, will bring a huge shift, because you are engaging your body and your mind and your emotions.

IMG_5218We understand that loneliness is not fun, not pleasant and feels lousy. It can be overcome. Imagine what it would be like for you if someone reached out to you for help, for a kind word, a listening ear, a cup of tea, a little bit of the time of day, as they say. You would not begrudge them. So imagine that you can ask for that, to be heard once in a while. Seek help. Recognize that beneath the skin, everyone is hungry for attention, for love, connection and kindness. You may have had a rough childhood, but you have many shining examples of how people have turned their lives around. Become one of them. Become an example to some kid of how you overcame the sense of loneliness and developed a rich, fertile life, enjoying your alone time as a rewarding experience and having compassion for others. We are angels. We love you and want to help, so reach out to us in prayer. Give your troubles to God or whatever you think of as a Higher Power. You will begin to notice. difference. You will hear our answers. Your life will change.

This Christmas season is rather different from any before it. The critical mass on your planet has reached a level that has been unprecedented over many thousands of years of your civilizations on Planet Gaia, Mother Earth. You are very much aware that Christmas is not about Santa Claus, a snowman and sleigh rides, and not even about the birth of a baby  over two thousand years ago. You are aware enough to know that the ancients celebrated the Winter Solstice as a time of the renewal of the light and the changes of the seasons marked by the points in Heaven that affect your planet’s journey through the stars and galaxies, and specifically its orbit around the sun; The time of shortest day and longest night and the beginning of Winter in the Northern Hemisphere.

Most of you are also aware that this day of Christmas is also not about the birth of a baby called Jesus and that this date was assigned to his birth much later by a corrupt church/governmental energy of control, seeking to absorb and take over the power behind these ancient festivals of the Earth Mother and the seasons that were recognized and honored by all peoples throughout time. You have a sense that this is about the birth of the light, the observance of gathering to bring light to the darkest moment of the year through lighting candles, fires, music making, ceremony and prayer.

And yet you are also aware that there is something about the Christ figure that is  pivotal in all this even if you have little relationship to the one Jesus and consider him a figure of worship for Christianity and not much else that affects you personally. So I would like to offer you an understanding that applies, whether you are Christian, Jew, Moslem, Zen, Buddhist or whatever your path, because the pivotal aspect of this season goes beyond the mind and the old dogmas of the ages, beyond control and gift giving.

The one called Jesus, Joshua, Jes(h)u, Jehoshuah,  Jesse or Isaiah or any of the versions of a name derived from the Hebrew root YShU, which means to “save” has been here before in many guises throughout time and space in this dimension. The spiritual reality and Presence of this being came to this planet to save those who had become trapped in the density of the physical plane, in flesh and blood, in the pleasures and experience of being in physical form and then forgetting their divine source as aspects of God/ Goddess/Creator or whatever you wish to call the energy of Source. He brought with him many “Angels” and His and their Divine Consorts as they took on the Male and Female aspects of Humanity. This “Team” of Light Beings continues to work on behalf of Humanity and those trapped within the darkness of Density.

Rainbow Body             Over many incarnations This One came under different names as bringer of teachings, writing, agriculture, healing, magic and the Mysteries. He was known as Zoroastra, Thoth, Hermes, Osiris, The Yellow Emperor, Quetsalcoatl, and many, many other names, in his Masculine aspect as bringer of Light and Wisdom and a message of Love and Cooperation. There were also Feminine aspects of this Love and Light energies such as the Marys, the Quan Yin and the Goddess figures of herstory. It was always prophesied that he/she/they would return and bring an age of peace, a golden age back to a planet that has been ravaged by war, violence, hatred, cruelty and the density of separation.

The Christian church claims that this “Messiah” or Savior has already come in the form of Jesus, the “Christ” (anointed one). However, we have anything but peace, union, co-operation and love filling the annals of this planet at this time. The Jews are still waiting for the Messiah. New Age teachings say the Christ will come this time around, not in the form of one person, but rather that Christ Consciousness will be born in the hearts of the people and this is what makes this time different, and this is where the true salvation for Humanity will arise, in the heart. “New Age” philosophy may have its faults, but in this understanding of the Christ path, there is great wisdom.

However, what I would like to invite you to consider this Christmas Season and season of Light is what I am going to call the Human Jesus, the nature of the one who did show up at some point in “history”, however much the “story” has become distorted, such that so many versions of the “truth” are rampant. This one typing has even harbored much skepticism of the historical reality of such a man, in spite of his association with many practices, groups and understandings that refer to such a One.

There are those that have had recollections of lifetimes in the presence of this one, whom we will call Yeshu; Whether through hypnotic regression or shamanic journeys, dreams or simple reactivation of memory. The most remarkable aspects of these memories is the remembrance of the love, compassion and the “golden glow” that is associated with Him, His touch, His eyes and his bearing. He loved all equally, whether sinner or saint, crippled, leper or devoted disciple. The feeling that these people report is of such unconditional love and Presence that their lives were and are changed just by the memory and association.IMG_5218

So, if you are a skeptic or you are reaching for a greater meaning this year for your Holy Day experience, and there is something itching you to go deeper into the meaning of Christmas or the Festival of Lights or the Solstice and you want to feel something more than the glitz and glamor, meditate on this One and what it would be like to look into His eyes and feel that love, that glow and that remembrance of your own divine light as a child of God, as a son or daughter of the love of Creator, of Wakan Tanka, The Great Mystery. Feel what it would be like to be seen by the eyes of such compassion and love that accepts you totally, just as you are. Let that light shine in your own heart and begin to see yourself through those same eyes. Feel what forgiveness feels like to you, for you, and for others; How it might feel to recognize that all humans have their challenges, their flaws and their strengths, just like you and that all are worthy of the rekindling of that light that is the bottom line of all existence.

Whether you be alone or with family and friends this Holiday Season, may you receive the light of the great Beings of Light that love you and want you to experience the love of All That Is, for you are all expressions of this Reality.

Good evening, we are glad to be with you this evening, Wednesday, May 2nd, 2018

As you open your heart, you change your entire world. When times are rough, it is especially challenging to open your heart and it seems that times are rather stressful as you enter a new phase in humanity’s evolution, for the old crumbles. It is important that there is a new. It is not up to you to change the world by trying to change everything that is wrong. It is certainly important to use your voice, to use your power, and to use your hearts passion to change the situations you find yourself in, by advocating and teaching, and especially by modeling a new way of approaching whatever the problem might be; and to do it in such a way that there is a new vibration; that there is a new experience being created for as many concerned as possible. It is important for you in situations where you feel anger to allow yourself an outlet that is held for your anger, but not to bring your anger to the table. The more you can live in your heart, the more you can live from a place of non-judgment, the more easily and powerfully you will be able to affect situations around you. Places where there is injustice, experiences that relate to health, children, education, to spiritual involvement to the everyday experience of communication with those in your environment.

We are asking you to generate for yourself a spiritual practice, to meditate, to take time for self care, to take time to have fun, to play, to be with your children, with your friends, with Nature. We are asking you not to work on yourself, but to learn how to love yourself. The very first thing you can do towards this end, is take time for yourself. Drink water. Bless the water. Bring healthy food into your home, into your mouth, into your body. Generate benevolent, loving, encouraging thoughts. Disallow, interrupt, reject, pay no attention, to all the voices that run your life that are not You. We say You with a capital letter. You are all. We are not talking about the Big You and the Little you selves, differentiated selves, higher selves or lower selves. We are referring to who YOU are as an essence, as an immortal being, as a human in form, as a human being – The whole of you. For every aspect of you is interconnected. You cannot be separate. We understand that you feel separate. It is your conditioning that creates this reality for you and it is necessary for you to have this forgetfulness around your eternality.

Your eternal reality, your infinite nature or your immortality is not in question. For those who believe or think that this life is all there is, that this planet is the only one that supports life, that you are alone in all of the universes, in all of the stars systems, in all of the galaxies, you are seriously mistaken if this is what you feel, believe or think. Every single atom that you are composed of contains micro particles that interface with all other micro particles in all of the Universe in some fashion that may be incomprehensible to you. It is not so for those who study quantum physics or for those who have pursued metaphysical explorations. You are interconnected with all that is. All That Is, is another name for what some of you regard as the word God. GOD. It is but a word. It has so many connotations for you because of your religious, social and intellectual upbringing. It is laden with judgment, emotion, ideas, idealizations, unreal qualifications or qualities. However, we use this word simply because the dialogue, the conversations that have happened in all of your civilizations, in all of your lifetimes, around this concept of God has created an awareness within you that has been tailored for particular power control energies. We are therefore attempting to reintroduce to you, shall we say, a renovated experience of this word because when you re-define God as All There Is you, take away the idealization, the attachments, the personalizations and the anthropomorphism that have surrounded this word, this concept, this identity in your mind, in your thoughts, and in your experience. This has been your reality, a reality that has externalized this energy, giving it a gender and giving it power over you. We therefore wish you to recognize that the new “god” we are wishing you to experience, is the All That Is aspect of what is within you; the you that is interconnected with all that is, with this intelligence. We want you to bypass any conceptualization, any idealization of this thought form; Free yourselves from any emotions and any concept around this term God. There are not really adequate words and concepts for most of you that can replace these idealizations that have been part of your culture. The Great Mystery, the TAO, the Great Mother or the Great Father. All and many more of these words have power but they do not have the same commonality. Most of your people on your planet have an association with the term God, and you change the nature of the reality around this term, change the nature of the location of this energy, (from outside to within, or all around), by changing the nature of your thought.

            This is what is necessary for you to be able to live in the world of chaos, in the world of pressure, in the world of stress, and have a new experience. It is through the practice of stillness, silence, watching your thoughts, being an observer, allowing, simplicity, and giving everything to God, that you will find your life begins to move in a direction of magic, ease and grace and miracle. A recognition grows that there are also helpers in the unseen that are ready, willing and waiting to assist you as you develop your faith, as you develop your trust in a benevolent universe. For we are here to remind you that the universe is benevolent. The universe is just another way of saying God. The Universe or All That Is, or God has given you the ability to choose, to create, to be your own star. You were given free will. This is the greatest gift of God. How you use it determines the nature of your experience, your reality, and how you show up in the world. For when you stop judging yourself, or others, you become able to experience more and more a state of being which we are calling equanimity, a state of grace.

Consider too that God is also the word love, but more than that. It is God’s love that flows through your veins that is part of the electron flow of every chemical, biochemical, electrical and electromagnetic process that takes place within your physicality within your metaphysicality and within your consciousness. There is a reality in your life to what we are terming God’s love that is similar to the concept of prana, Chi, life force, living spirit, soul, and all of the many terms you use to express the energy that flows through you, that surrounds you, that is within you and that is what makes up the composition of your universe, be it external internal or transcendental.

When you take a moment at the beginning of your day in the middle of your day, or at the end of your day, your taking time out for yourself is felt in all universes. Your experience of going within, your silence, your breathing, your focus of awareness, no matter what kind of experience, or meditation that you practice, the very fact that you do so, is what creates for you an expanding awareness of all that is. Which means you are coming closer to God. You are embodying more of the nature of this flow within your being, and therefore you are actually enhancing life on Earth, consciousness itself, and there is a new definition of God. This practice, however modest it may be, is what changes things. It is how you are able to modify your behavior when you wish to express anger or when you face a challenge. Because you are not alone. No, because you are interconnected with all that is, because you are cultivating an alignment with a higher power, with an inner power, with an elevated process of thinking, you are enhancing consciousness on the planet, and enabling yourself to have a different perspective. As you move the focus away from yourself and your worries, your preoccupations, your emotions, and your opinions, you create more clarity, which enables you to see other perspectives, to see what it might be like for others; it allows you to have more compassion; for yourself, and then for others. Part of your practice is to be aware of the voices in your mind. The other part of your practice is to change the voices in your mind. If you can ignore them, well and good, however you may need to be more firm and replace them with positive, life-enhancing, benevolent and encouraging words. Even the images need to be replaced. The energy of the heart is the energy and place where you make these kinds of changes because in the heart vibration everything is possible. In order to be in your heart, it is necessary to take some time, whether it be one moment, that one moment of silence, that morning five or 10 minute meditation. We will see you in that space. We are wishing you to know that we are always here for you. We are available to communicate with you, answer your questions, assist you in guiding you to make more life-enhancing choices for yourself, as you reach for communication with us.

You can call us your guardian angels. We love you. Unconditionally.

IMG_4888                    Greetings to you in this early stage of 2018, perhaps your most pivotal year to date. We observe how many changes and cycles many of you are experiencing along your journey in the universe of form. It is with some delight that we watch you as you endeavor to negotiate the rapids and boulders in the river that is flowing with your life energies to bring you closer to the great sea, to the truth of your interconnectedness. For in truth, everything you experience is the result of your attempts at the highest levels to get you to that place of recognition that the journey is about realizing the truth of interconnectedness. The thrust of evolution on your planet right now is taking you deeper and higher and by that we mean, into the worlds of the within as well as the without. You are at the brink of a new world. That is a reality that the sooner you come to terms with, the easier the old reality will fall away and the easier it will be to accept that everything is an extension of your inner state, and that you are being asked to bring the inner state to a higher level of vibration so that you can experience the Oneness, finally and with such conviction and somatic understanding that this evolution is yours and you are deserving of being elevated to the highest expression of Union and you are being prepared for it; and that’s really what all the turmoil and change, challenge and perturbation is all about.

It is essential for you to come back home – to your own body, your very unique, personal entity that is the vessel for your experience on this plane. There is a treasure chest at the end of each experience of pain, of loss, of separation and rage. Everything you experience is part of the now, the now is the only reality. It is the moment, and the vessel of alignment that you are, is needed to be in harmony with your mind, your soul and your experience of self. This is the ark of the covenant, the biggest treasure chest of them all, the covenant between you and Creator, that you  would receive a vehicle through which to express your own creator nature – you were given free will and the power to create. Are these not among  the characteristics of “God” in your mind?. So to create is an aspect of your nature as human beings. Look at what you have created. Look what God has created. If you can bring these into alignment, you can more easily release the old habits and patterns that keep you and your world in a state of disconnection.

Are you not most hungry for connection? This is the greatest quest of your world, in some way. Connection is the language of the heart. Each offense to creation is a cry for connection, to recognize the beauty of the heart that you share with all creation, ALL creation. It is where the healing of your lives and your planet is anchored. It is connection that aligns you with your humanity and with your divinity. You have come here to marry those two and you cannot do it without coming fully into your vehicle, your sanctuary, your temple, your very own flesh and blood, your very own personal body. If you have not incarnated, how can you “ascend”, how can you expect to graduate from the school of hard knocks if you haven’t learned to complete your curriculum? You must fully experience your emotions and your senses in order to be fully present. If you are not present, you can have an “accident”, say all the wrong things, blow up, contract or run away,…… In order to transcend this world’s challenges, you have to have at least taken them on and faced them, in whatever way is appropriate for you. After all, you are a creator and you have free will. This is what differentiates you from all life and all of the inanimate world around you. It is God’s greatest gift and it is continued to express itself through God’s love, which flows through you as the Living spirit, as Prana, Chi, energy, life, love. It is all the foundation of who you are. You are Immortal, Eternal, Infinite and Universal. You come back and forth to this world. This time is an opportunity to finally complete your assignment(s) and then you can go home to from wherever you came or to wherever it is that you are destined to go once you leave this vessel. It is your time. Believe in yourself, not someone or something outside of you , unless it is reflecting your Inner Truth.

Cycles. What has this to do with cycles? Remember that on your planet everything moves in cycles, all phenomena are renewed in some form . There is constant flow and you are never the same conglomerate of ideas, thoughts, atoms and molecules from one moment to another,  to another. You and everything is evolving, becoming something else. So remember that things that are one way now can be a different way in another moment – or year. Let this be THE year for you when you realize that the cycle has come full cycle, that you are ready for a new way of being, transcending your story and applying truth to every aspect of your being, which includes thought and feeling and knowing what it’s like to be in your body fully inhabiting your experience. For, just like the winter ends and the Spring arrives, there is a beautiful sunset awaiting you with every day’s waning of the Sun and the light of the day.

Apply your divine gift of creation and marry to it your free will and follow the path through your sorrows, through your pain and through your anger and when you reach the edges of your perceptions, you will pass through the veil and understand, and take a breath and realize it is all a grand adventure, like your movies, all a creation, an unending, ongoing unfolding of story, of plan, of evolution, and you are on the wave. Take heart, for you are not alone. In this cycle you get to have companions, friends, angels and human beings beside you all the way, for you are not disconnected from us in reality, only in the capacity you have to make that connection with all worlds and all spirits. Or don’t. You always have a choice at some level. Most of what you have chosen so far was unconscious and has been running the show for so long. That cycle now comes to an end and it happens this year, a great gathering of the collaborative energies that are changing the face of the Earth as you know it, as people and creatures and the invisible realms begin to see each other, find each other, get to know each other so you get it for once and for all, that you are connected. Interconnected. The cycle is now. There is magic and miracle, mystery and beauty melding in with this realization and it will not be long that you feel the shift if you have not yet felt it. We are at your service as we hope you will be also at “our” service, for we all serve the Whole.

Dear one, it is always such a pleasure to converse with you and to look at the approaching wave of energy that comes towards your planet and that is moving in your life, for there is a movement, a great shakeup, that is obvious, that the shake-up is also penetrating into the depths of each person and the place within the structure and framework of it all; because it is important to always recognize the inter-connectedness of yourself with nature, with each other, each one, the water, the air, the Earth, the seasons – the interconnectedness of all that is within your macro and microcosmic themes. There is such a vastness of interconnectedness within the physiology, the physics, the psychology, the dimensions, the realms, the levels in consciousness. There is a wave that is moving across your world that is not just shaking up everything, but is laying down the foundation for what must replace that which is falling apart, for that which is falling apart is bringing about tremendous amounts of fear. And fear is what runs your planet. And has been running your planet and is of an old vibration that cannot sustain itself. For you are moving your life as a species towards extinction, and there must be a place where the stop sign says “you cannot go further” until you have made some major modifications in your attitudes, in your understandings of reality and in your experience of reality. There must be balance and as the pendulum has reached its maximum point of out of balance-ness it must return now towards a more neutral place, a new plateau, at a new level

It does not take a rocket scientist, it does not take an Angel to know that your world is in chaos and there’s tremendous amount of fear, and the only remedy known for fear is love and what is love: “the unconditional acceptance’s of another reality”. “Allowance” is a very difficult undertaking from where you stand- to recognize that there is an unfolding that is in perfection at work in your life, and that you can trust what you may call a higher power; that you are ready for a new beginning; that you are ready to embrace the wholeness of who you are, which includes that which you designate as evil or dark, the energies that move forward the violence, the greed, the interference from other Beings that has caused so much chaos within your world, and yet, the pendulum swings backwards and forwards in constant motion, and your evolution happens, and your moments happen. And so this is where you must come – to the place of being in the moment, “who am I? what do I carry? what of what I carry do I want, and what do I no longer want? I do not wish to live in fear, in lack, in isolation. I wish to live in harmony with the essence of who I am as a human, as an angel, as a creature, as an expression of God. I wish to reclaim that nature that I carry within me that is that essence of the living spirit that is within all life and that blesses all life. I wish to align with this vibration now and stay in that alignment living from my heart and each day I will reinforce my resolve to live from that vibration, in that state of mind and be willing to experience ease and grace on an ongoing basis. I take on the challenge to make the big leap from that space of hiding, looking for safety; to flying, seeing everything, experiencing every moment to its fullest, feeling the love of God within my heart, living from the heart”.

This is your challenge, at this time, this is what is required, and what you are being asked to experience in terms of transformation, of everything, at all levels. There need be no fear for there is guidance, support, resource. The universe knows what to do. You can not fix it. You can only be yourselves and live each moment as an expression of that resolve: to live your fullest potential and offer it to all for service; but for yourself to receive that same offering as it is reflected back and forth, among your hearts that carry this intention, this desire, this orientation of service. Honor it, respect it, be grateful for it. It is your gift to the world, what you carry in your heart, your love for your friends, your families, your people, your creatures, your love for the Earth and the waters, the air, the soil; the creatures that are fading from your planet they are all calling to you for transformation a voluntary experience of allowance, of being willing to receive and accept the stewardship of your Mother through your heart, so the experience of joy and abundance, everything you do to elevate your own heart and mind and body and being, you do for her too; for the light you are shines and touches everyone and the brighter the light, the greater your contribution, and there’s nothing you have to do but shine; be an expression of love, of acceptance, forgiveness, of hope – for those that have none. Generate it in your own attitude, a knowing that there is a divine purpose to everything, there is a divine intelligence at work. Allow yourself to rest in this vibration as it carries you forward into the next year into this final season of the 2016 12:19 year, this most pivotal year you have ever imagined or experienced, for so much has shifted and changed within this one year framework and it is expanding and accelerating so that your mind must let go of its illusions, of its ideas, of its beliefs; you cannot ride on this wave feeling unworthy or guilt or shame. There is no room within that framework for those old stories to come with; they are spent. The reason why you’re not living your full potential is accessible to you now. Access it; unlock the key that keeps you from being your full potential; from living from your essence; from living a life of ease and grace and joy and peace, cooperation and harmony – a new world unfolding within the ashes of the old, ready to burst forth. You a part of this evolution. We are the Angels, your messengers; we are your guides and your guardians. We are available for you to commune within your own heart and we encourage you to do so and you may call them what you will or they will give you names. These will be your own voices, your own team of Angels that will replace the old voices of your imprints, your conditioning, your traumas, your experiences, your losses and sadnesses, and your strong emotions. Honor them. They had a strong part to play in bringing you to this place. Now that you are here, you to get to choose what you want to take with you and what you want to leave behind; for you are at the threshold, as is all of creation. All of this human universe is at a threshold, at the crossroads and it is moving in a very beautiful direction. If you take Time and allow it to be malleable, and you take space and you recognize its interconnectedness you become your own best lover; you become your own wisdom, your own guidance, you become your own heart and you can shine, fully illumined and illuminating everything, just by being. If you feel into this place where we are taking you as you listen or read, it is a place you can go to; it is a vibration. It may be for you just a starting point; you may not need it 18:51- you may have your own way. It is fine. You are moving into unity consciousness whether you like it or not, whether you want it or not; and as you want it and like it, it will grow within you and your heart will blossom. It was never intended for you to suffer any more than was necessary to bring you to this place. Do not allow the what-ifs and all the thoughts of the mind to confuse you into thinking that none of this is possible or real for your mind has not been there yet. 19:57 Only your heart can take you there now. The mind can help you by allowing your heart to direct it into fruitful thinking into generous acts of kindness and love; into deeper communication, greater wisdom and peace. All is yours, waiting for you, and it is waiting for you to take at whatever moment you choose to. And your heart will tell you what to do; and what not to do, as long as you visit it daily; and as much of the day as you can muster.

It is a very simple practice, just to visit your heart as often as possible. You may find us there, having conversation with you about your life, about what you want, about what’s going on; for you will find in your heart many treasures. We wish you much fun as you go treasure hunting. Remember to play, no matter what happened. Remember to laugh, to sing, to dance, no matter what happened, or what you thought happened.

There is a message that has been brewing in my soul since the election in the uSA. I have come across many responses of sadness, despair, shock and outrage as a result of the election results, responses that surprised me from people I respect and love, who seem to have a perspective that I do not quite share. In my innocence and naivite as a dreamer, as a “hopeless/hopeful romantic”, I have come to have a perspective that always attempts to see things through a higher perspective, through the vision of Spirit, of God’s love and of the evolution of consciousness on the planet that I have come to be a part of, to serve and experience. There is a flow of awareness and evolution that is in process and we don’t always have the ability or capacity to know the whole picture. It is my perhaps naive view, that everything, EVERYTHING, that happens has a higher purpose, however horrifying, traumatic, joyful or cruel, it may seem. I have complete trust that there is a higher purpose also in these events that are happening in human history, in the history of the planet and the current moment in the evolutionary process of our “civilization”. Empires, civilizations have risen and fallen for countless millenia. Within the framework of time  (or no-time) everything evolves and is part of our soul’s journey towards wholeness, towards the recognition of God’s love manifesting in our lives and moving towards the eventual world of Heaven on Earth, a “return” to a New Dawn, an age of peace, love, harmony and cooperation on this planet. It is not necessarily given to us to see how the steps along that journey are part of this unfolding, but I hold in my heart the dearness of this vision and the Divine Purpose that is at work. Our human perspective has been conditioned heavily by the traumas, acculturation and distortions of our upbringing, of our limited brains and perspectives, and I am praying and holding space for the evolution that is now occurring to blossom into the reality of this vision that my heart tells me IS the New Reality unfolding. May it be so for you too, in whatever way it can manifest for your deepest happiness.

Masculine/Feminine

Good evening to you, Raphael,

We would like to share a message with you for those who may be interested to hear, for today many are eager to hear the words of the Divine Wisdom of the Feminine, of the Goddess. So although you may know me more directly as Mary or Miryam, I am merely an energy that transmits vibrations from the aspect of God Essence that you call the Divine Feminine, or Sophia or Isis, or Mary, be it the Mother Mary or the Magdalen, or any other form of Mother energy.

We wish to talk about cultivating the Feminine, AND the Masculine. It is especially important for men on your planet today, to recognize that they are in fact made up of a combination, in equal amounts, of both masculine and feminine energy.

Imagine the heart shape you are familiar with the curvy rounded M at the top and the broad V at the bottom forming the familiar heart shape you use on all your greeting cards and computer icons or emoticons. Then it is easy to see that the heart is divided into two halves – just as your physical heart has two sides divided by a septum or wall, with each side, complete unto itself but also comprised of two chambers, one to send and one to receive, masculine and feminine.

It may be difficult for you to imagine that you are comprised of two halves, so to speak, that for the women, there is an equal component, equal in size, importance and value one with the other. What does that look like? What does that feel like? Can you, who are identified with yourself as a woman, imagine that you have a masculine side that you may not have come to appreciate – qualities that you may be reluctant to acknowledge, because the world of male has alienated you and harmed you, and so you hold it in low esteem or with fear or judgment, or horror! And for those men out there who have to maintain the appearance of strength and invincibility to recognize that have softness, tenderness; that they can receive… These are not comfortable things to contemplate.

And yet the fate of your planet and its survival depend upon this understanding for there is nothing that will bring about the healing of the Earth and its creatures as this understanding that it is essential for the masculine – the real, human masculine – that is men and the halves of women that are represented by their masculine side – to allow themselves to recognize that the role of men is to protect, honor, respect life – not just of “their own” that is men, but all life, not the destruction energy. The shift that is necessary must emerge from the cultivation in men of their true nature as protectors, and this shift incorporates a recognition of their human, feminine, soft, receptive, intuitive nature, the essence of compassion, mercy and responsibility to uphold the safety and sustainability of the collective.

The women will need to encourage men to be honest, gentle and intuitive and learn to recognize their feeling nature, for in many ways, men are light years behind the women in emotional maturity, mostly because they have not been encouraged to even come close to recognizing their feelings by their peers, parents and politics. The culture must shift, is shifting, and it is requiring women to step forward into positions of leadership that portray a different model of leadership, not the one that requires a dominator consciousness, but one that recognizes the power and value of cooperation and collaboration, of sharing rather that dominating.

The heart is the common denominator, the mid point, the center of this new recognition, for it spans the place of balance between heaven and earth, the within and the without, the mind and the body. Just as there is a balance point between the two opposite aspects that constitute duality, there needs to be an understanding that there is constant flow in the sub-luminary worlds, the yin/yang, the positive/negative, the constant flux that is the hallmark of life in the 3rd dimension, the underlying composition of the material plane, that is based on the electromagnetic flow of current and movement from positive to negative and negative to positive polarity. So too, we want you to realize the importance of flow, of the constant movement in and out of breath, of life, of soul energy, of life and death; and always there is the place of union that is beyond, between and within this flow of duality. Do not negate anything, do not deny anything!. There is light and there is darkness and always there is a place of balance. As you come to recognize this within your own reality you begin to adapt more and more easily to the changes that are upon you now.

You are not here to be spiritual. You are here to be human. You are already both. You are human angel, divine and material. The less you see things from a polarized experience, the more easily you flow, and the easier your life becomes. We, in the “Angelic” realms are here in your existence because we want to help you to have an easier time, less suffering, less struggle. We bring a message of ease and grace. It is not about “saving the world”. Life is precious. All life is precious. It is an expression of God’s love. It is Creation in expression, creativity. You were given free will, for what? To create!. You have heard the idea that you create your reality. What does that mean? It means you are responsible for your own experience. You may not be conscious of it. It may seem like something outside of you is responsible, to blame, imposing something upon you. You are so much more than your mind, your body, your will, your thoughts and feelings. You are eternal, infinite, immortal beings, created in the image of “God”, whatever that means for you at your stage of evolution.

The question was asked, can a man be an embodiment of the Divine Mother. Why not? is the answer. You have assumptions about everything. If there is a feeling of such abundant love and enfolding and softness and nurturing, and the being that emanates this energy has a male body…. Perhaps this person is an embodiment of the Divine Mother. Do not discount anything. The world has a hard time accepting that the heart is the primary organ of consciousness because the brain has become the dominant eye through which you perceive reality. We encourage you to recognize brain, body and heart as each carrying its own particular wisdom. You need all the wisdom you can get these days, so why not accept that you have three aspects of yourselves that wish to impart their wisdom to you. Pay attention to your bodies. Pay attention to your hearts. They have been left out of the equation of the totality of who you are. Know that you are dearly loved, otherwise you would not have come into existence. If you can give attention to the little things, the small pleasures, the smiles, the moments of peace, of love, of smelling a flower, of breathing a waterfall, of taking a walk, and then allow them to grow. All you have is the moment. Everything else is an illusion. Each time you breathe, you are embodying the miracle of life. Each time you pay attention to that breath, you are acknowledging that you are alive, that you have the power to carry on, you are not alone, and there is another moment that can be different, can be unique, can be special.

When you have challenge, whether it be relationship, resource, health issue, each breath carries you into a new moment and as you learn to live in that moment to the full, a new dawning can occur in your consciousness that, just maybe, you will get through, you will manage and there is always help as you turn to us, the angels, the guides, the helpers in the invisible worlds. Pray and then feel that your prayers are being answered, someone cares, someone is listening and they will help you. And there is no death, only transition, only flux, only change. The language of the heart is connection. Everyone is hungry for this. Connect to something, someone, an animal, a person, a tree, a flower, a toy…. Feel the Earth beneath your feet, feel the air, the wind. See yourself connecting, listen, feel…. What does your body say, what is your heart saying. Stop the mind’s constant babble and listen. We are there in the stillness, the Holy Mother, the Goddess, the Divine Feminine, the Father, the simple unadulterated mind of a child, the breath, the moment; God’s love.
