The Voice talks about the great deceptions that plague humanity and how important it is to examine our thoughts, words and beliefs, to take care of our bodies and healthy, to come together in community and to spend time in Nature. The Voice encourages us to find the silver lining in every situation and trust in our intuition and guidance.
I have just finished editing the last voice, The Christ, from the New Earth Council series of channeled messages and Q & A. Here is an excerpt of the Christ’s answer to one of the questions about lower frequencies, darkness and dark agendas:
(MS.) So what is the purpose of lower frequencies, darkness and dark agendas? Is it purely a contrast to understand what light is and love is?
A. You ask deep questions. We approve. When we talk of the All That Is, when you look at the soul; when you look at the subject of free will, you understand that beyond the energy of Christ, beyond the possibilities of what is out there in the great world-wide Universe of Creation, That which created All That Is, whether it’s called God or Creator or if it’s All That Is creating All That Is, created everything to be what it is. Darkness has been defined as the absence of light. It is necessary in the highest gift giving that is possible for a soul, that the Creator (we will just call it that) gave to each soul free will. They gave them the ability to choose. Some chose eventually to hide in the darkness because the Light somehow triggered them or whatever other story we could come up with, to generate a sense of isolation that was so deep and powerful that they could not handle recognition of themselves as Light. It is almost as if things had to divide up into polarization in order for movement to happen, and so the wholeness separated into Yin/Yang, and always there was the seed of the one within the other, the potential for one to morph into the other.
There is always the possibility that a great Light, that a human who has attained the highest levels of consciousness, of Avatar, of Boddhisattva could descend into depths of darkness just as it is possible that one who has groveled in the deepest, darkest idensity and as performed the greatest atrocities possible could ascend to the Realms of Light somewhat like the Prodigal Son, you might say, and return to their pristine nature as God’s Light in expression. The gift of free will allows everything to exist without judgment. It is as if the Sun will shine upon everything and those energies that are hidden in shadow, because something has been placed in the path of the light waves, it is not going to stop the Sun from shining, but it allows the choice of those energies to hide behind something, density, to allow them to have an experience. Also, the so called Free Will Experiment that allows souls to choose between light and dark is there intentionally for the perspective, for the possibility of a soul growing, of a soul expanding into greater and greater light consciousness through the experience of suffering. And suffering has become a result of the descent into darkness and density, and has generated the conditions that create that ability of a soul to experience tremendous suffering in order that they could grow into a commensurate field of Light and Love and of compassion.
So each one holds within their hands the possibility, the potential for all directions for all experience and has been given the ability to choose. The gift of creation essentially is free will, the idea that you are transcending the Free Will Experiment and moving towards the Free Heart Experience is a new field of order, shall we say. It does not deny one’s choice, but it creates a vibrational field that allows you to experience a new model of living in human form with the human heart, in such a way that you can experience ease and grace and love and connection, cooperation, collaboration and peace without the need for that same experience of suffering in order to grow as a soul. For souls to grow, it has been up to this point, the fastest way of growing, of expanding into greater Light for a soul, has been the experience of coming into density and suffering in order that they could generate the greatest amount of what in Buddhist terms is called merit, and expand into greater Light. When a soul is all the time experiencing, the great Light of Creator, that great beautiful field of Light, of being part of God or Goddess or of The All That Is, soul growth is very slow in terms of so-called time, and the acceleration that suffering provided has been necessary. Plus you have cycles upon cycles of Karma that have been accumulated through harm and generation and creation of suffering, and in order to move through these and move beyond them, it is necessary to come to that place of a balance point where the Karma gets cleared, and we alluded to this the last time that what is happening on your planet and why, in fact, the dark energies are serving the higher plan through their insidious intentions, because they have set in motion, not just the disintegration of the old systems, but the balancing out of old Karmic patterns that require suffering to see them through to the New Earth. The Druid was the 8th Voice of the New Earth Council from October 4th, 2020
“You are here at this time, preparing to become teachers, to become wisdom keepers and guides and elders, to become channels of this Light, of these messages. Channeling is not some special thing that belongs only to those few. It is part of the natural evolution of your soul as it grows and you start to get the wisdom through your intuition, in the moment. As you allow yourself the confidence to trust in your own wisdom, your own guidance, there becomes less and less of a differentiation between your higher self and all of us, we 12 or we 144 or the 144,000, or whatever it be. The wisdom dwells within your own heart, within your own sacred intelligence that is within each cell of your body, within each cell of your consciousness, within the ancient memory that is within your DNA, within the 12 strands that now are coming forth and expanding out.
The wisdom teachings that were written down and were distorted are now becoming clear and being rectified, being realigned with the sacred teachings of the Elders, of the ancient ones. This truth is accessible within your heart, so that what you teach the young ones, the stories, the songs, becomes part of their unfolding, so that they will remember with deep love and cherishment as they go on to become the teachers. They will remember that you sang them to sleep and told them stories and read them the story books that you were brought up with, that thread of connection to the magic of fantasy, the magic of imagination, the grandness of the adventure, of the hero and the heroine. All of these things get lost within your computer world, within your Zooms and your technology and it is important for you to go back to some degree to books, to reading, to pictures, to showing an image on a piece of paper instead of pixels on a screen, to reading stories and encouraging your children to write; to write their stories, their poems, to write their wisdom. For the little ones carry the memory of all of their lifetimes. They carry the memory of the wisdom that they came here with, and as you discuss with them “What was it like in your last life?” or “What do you think about what’s going on with this one or that one?” You ask them to let their wisdom come forward. Even the youngest ones have great memories, even if they are not yet fully able to comprehend with their minds in the logical, linear ways. They have a way of expressing their truth and there’s much in them that would teach you. You are the teachers and the students of each other.
And just as with the Druids, there was much that was taught through the word of mouth. The Bards were a sect, you might say, a very special aspect of Druid culture that had to study, that had to become an initiate in the secret teachings; for when they sang their songs in the castles of the rich with their harps upon their backs, traveling from one lord to another, telling the stories, singing the songs, they were the carriers of the history of the time. They brought the wisdom. They brought the news, and it was important for them to encapsulate secret teachings within the stories. And so, their training was arduous and they were bound by a strict oath to observe secrecy, to be true to their order. They were the wise ones and they were the ones who gathered around in the circles and led the people. The people were always led by the circles of the Elders, by the wisdom of the Sages because the accumulated wisdom of the tribe, of the village, of the group was sacred and carried only the truth and did not allow the lies to penetrate. That was why it was important to be so vigilant and to only create the imprints, the conditioning to become, shall we say, good citizens of the soul, for the society in which these conditioned imprints and teachings were intended so that people may live together in harmony, honoring and respecting each other, honoring boundaries, honoring ‘yes’ and honoring ‘no,’ learning the truth of who they are and what their purpose was. Who was to be a warrior and who was to be a sage, who was to be the Bard and who was to cultivate the soil for the people?
And always there was the sacred marriage, there was the time of the fructification of Mother Earth at the Beltane, honoring the life force energies of Mother Earth and honoring the times of the going within in the Winter, the sitting around the fires, sharing the stories, the wisdom, sharing the laughter and the food that had been gathered and prepared for the Winter. Life was simple and yet it was fragile, for the world of Nature is a powerful world and the world of man was a very frightening world too, because not all honored the sacred trust of the heart and the recognition of equality and of harmony and peace. There were those who were hungry for power, who wielded the sword and used control and it was necessary to learn how to navigate within this world.”

This is an excerpt from the first message, from Seshat, The first Voice of the New Earth Council:
So, we are suggesting that you hold that Truth as your mission, as your guiding light, as your intention, the practice of questioning everything. For most of the reality around you is the Maya, the Illusion, and your mission and your task in this world is to uncover Truth. You do this through that Guiding Light of the Truth of Union, of non-separation, of non- judgement; and of coming to an alignment with it in a very simple way, by aligning with Mother Earth beneath you, with Father Sky above you and with your heart in the center, coming to that place of Stillness. You open yourself to that alignment with that Truth of non-judgement, of no longer listening to the voices that are put downs, that say that you are unworthy, or that you are not good enough, or all of those kinds of things.
This is your work now, to release from your field, from your mind and from your heart all of these imprints. And you do it through your willpower; you do it through your discipline, through your practice. This becomes your practice. When you meditate or you take your daily walks or whatever practice you have that aligns you with Heaven and Earth and your heart, begin to send out that Column of Light in a spiral clockwise Christ Consciousness energy to touch the hearts and the fields of all with Light; without distinguishing who should receive it and who should not. Send this out, not through a major act of focusing or concentrating on doing, but send it out as an offshoot, as an extension of just being in that column of your own Light, of your own power; that sphere of bright, white, golden Light that you surround yourself with to maintain a field of protection, and a field of Love and energy, a field that does not allow a penetration of any fear or judgment into it.
By standing in that Column of Light, you are realigning your whole being with your own Inner Truth and aligning your Inner Truth with this Truth of Oneness, of Union, of connection with all of life. For you cannot have Union without respect for all of life, without having respect for Mother Earth and all of Her creatures; having respect for the struggles, for the hardships, for the sadness, the losses and the pain that Human Beings experience within this field of illusion that they are surrounded by. In other words, it asks you to hold a Field of Compassion by first finding that place of Love within yourself.
In a brief message from The Ones With No Names on 30th July, 2020 as part of an ongoing yearlong class, I was given a message and asked to receive/invite/channel a group of 12 “new Voices” that wished to communicate and teach through me; to help set up structures for the New Earth, and to assist others to find their way to co-create this mission. This morning, Wednesday, August 12th, I received the final “new” voice, the 12th who, it seems, was asked to introduce the group and their purpose and set in place the background for an ongoing series of gatherings and teachings.

All considerations melt in joy. Joy is the highest level of consciousness. Period. The longing for enlightenment or awakening is an illusory, imagined state that the mind puts out to delude us into thinking that whatever challenges we have as human beings will be dissolved or resolved by becoming “enlightened“ – full of light. It is true that being filled with light will resolve all issues, can resolve all issues, but this experience has to transcended the realm of the mind and become an aspect of your Essence – which it already is. So, in fact, being in light, full of light or enlightened, is actually a state of “mind” where the mind itself has dissolved. That state is the state of joy, the word “state” meaning “to be.” So being in a state of joy means being free of the constraints of the mind’s judgments, projections and assumptions. It is a return to innocence, to an inner Remembrance, on an ongoing basis, of being pure, of being free.
We use and define or redefine and examine all these words to bring to your attention how much the mind, the thought processes, the ego, uses words to escape from feeling or to feel safe or secure or OK in the face of a deep sense of disillusionment – another word to express being caught up in the illusion of separation, for when there is no illusion, reality becomes the experience of joy.
So, in some way, I have been “chosen” to share our Introduction. In introducing myself as the 12th Being or Energy of the New Earth Council, I represent the energy of the child. I left this plane at the age of nine, having completed my Earth cycles and contributed my greatest gift to the world, by dying. For, in my departure, I set in motion in the hearts and minds and lives of my parents and siblings and those who knew me, a transformative process that altered their lives tremendously. You could even say that my release from form is what was the impulse and what set in motion the transformation that allows these messages to come through this one (Raphael). It set him on an accelerated path towards joy, as a byproduct of his ability to have an empty mind that allows these transmissions; that allows the higher dimensions access to a level of communication that is intended to assist, guide and heal those who are ready and willing to embark on their own journey towards Joy and clear communication with Spirit; Communication with their own inner voice – the voice of their innocence and purity.
Now, because I represent the child, because there is a reflection back into a personal and collective realization accompanied by definite, though vague memories of abuse in this one, there is a strong correlation and understanding about much of what underlies the current situation on th
e entire planet today. People face lock-down, mask wearing, “social distancing”, death and illness, loss and economic hardship and great fear as a result of an orchestrated pandemic resulting from the development and release of an engineered virus on the populations of the world. This is enhanced, supported, and reinforced by the effects of 5G and the prevalence of electromagnetic and sonic frequencies that generate symptoms of radiation poisoning, mistaken for “Covid” symptoms. This is propelling your civilization towards the greatest destabilization and de-structuring it has known since the Flood, the great final sinking of Atlantis.
The forces behind these initiatives have been active on your planet and in your star system for extended periods of time and have been allowed a certain amount of free reign to affect Duality and separation-consciousness and to be aspects of the evolution of Humanity and of life on Earth. These energies emanate from distant “Systems” we shall call them, and have since been banned from access to your dear Mother Earth. However, during their long sojourn and control over your populations and their life force, they have influenced and generated a vast network of human beings and energies whose consciousness has been overtaken by density to such a vast extent, that they have fallen into great darkness. They have embraced what you could call evil, which is the reverse (spelling) of “live.”
This energy is anti-life, selfish and blind to consequences. However, their reign has been a factor in the establishment of learning and evolution for the souls that have been incarnating on this planet for all these eons. This includes these perpetrators as well, serving Karma, and creating the suffering through which many souls have experienced their learning on their journey towards the Light. This has generated greater levels of soul awareness and awakening from the great illusion of separation consciousness.
All things work for good. As Old Chinese teaches, Souls are Eternal. Your true nature is Immortal. You are Infinite and Universal. Death is a transition, suffering has been an instrument of evolution and transformation.
So, where are we now at this juncture of time and life on your dear Mother Earth? There is so much to tell of the story of Humanity. We could say “Mankind,” but that is an anachronism for it is an expression of how the masculine has come to dominate the consciousness and has used the objectification of women, children and “the other “as a means of domination and control.
Objects only have value in this mindset because of their usefulness. They are not recognized as having consciousness or sentience, and therefore can be disposed of and treated without respect or recognition or honoring. Objects have been transformed into possessions, and within the consciousness of darkness, black magic and the manipulation of energy, they have been used as fuel to create control and the misuse of power over the world and life on this planet.
It is with a heavy heart that we even bring up the subject of the abuse, torture and murder of children and women, of trafficking and slavery and such vile insensitivity. We are not implying that men or male children are not also the victims of this widespread horror. Nor are we suggesting that this phenomenon is perpetrated by males solely. On the contrary. Its extent is pernicious and vast.
The power structures that control your world are more than just infiltrated by the dark misuse of energy and that which we have outlined. They depend on and run on the energy supplied by ritual cultic practices and cruel sexual abuse that feed their dark powers. These energies, practices and abuses are at the root and the base of all the infrastructures of power that run your world, your major governments and corporations. They have been the foundation that underlies the control and authority over your personal and collective lives. They have determined how you think and act and feel in the world and have become calcified and entrenched into the very fabric of the matrix of what you consider “normal”. Knowing this information is important. One must not hide from the truth, nor fear it, as fear feeds it.
Dismantling this edifice and restructuring society based on the model of love, cooperation, unity and non-judgment is your/our job now. This pandemic is actually the greatest opportunity being afforded all life to shake off the reign of terror and fear and separation-consciousness your species has endured for millions upon millions of years of existences in civilizations throughout your galaxy and universe.
Your soul has the power to completely transform this reality into a new reality of unity consciousness based on Love and Light and Joy.
We are the New Earth Council. We have asked this one to be a vehicle for our transmissions, teachings and messages. We are here to assist in, not just the dismantling and de-structuring, but in the creation of structures that will replace them. It is our intention to provide the foundations for your return to Joy and Self-realization; to freedom from fear and the re-establishment of your Self -Authority. We wish to restore your power to have your life accord with your highest and purest intentions and to give you the encouragement and tools to reclaim your innocence and freedom.
The members of this council are 12 in number. We represent a variety of wisdom traditions, viewpoints and perspectives and are aligned and associated with all the Councils of Light, Holy Beings and Masters of Wisdom, all of the Avatars and Angelic guides and with all the realms of the Living Spirit that is in All Things.
