The New Earth Council

In a brief message from The Ones With No Names on 30th July, 2020 as part of an ongoing yearlong class, I was given a message and asked to receive/invite/channel a group of  12 “new Voices” that wished to communicate and teach through me; to help set up structures for the New Earth, and to assist others to find their way to co-create this mission. This morning, Wednesday, August 12th, I received the final “new” voice, the 12th who, it seems, was asked to introduce the group and their purpose and set in place the background for an ongoing series of gatherings and teachings.

All considerations melt in joy. Joy is the highest level of consciousness. Period. The longing for enlightenment or awakening is an illusory, imagined state that the mind puts out to delude us into thinking that whatever challenges we have as human beings will be dissolved or resolved by becoming “enlightened“ – full of light. It is true that being filled with light will resolve all issues, can resolve all issues, but this experience has to transcended the realm of the mind and become an aspect of your Essence – which it already is. So, in fact, being in light, full of light or enlightened, is actually a state of “mind” where the mind itself has dissolved. That state is the state of joy, the word “state” meaning “to be.” So being in a state of joy means being free of the constraints of the mind’s judgments, projections and assumptions. It is a return to innocence, to an inner Remembrance, on an ongoing basis, of being pure, of being free.

We use and define or redefine and examine all these words to bring to your attention how much the mind, the thought processes, the ego, uses words to escape from feeling or to feel safe or secure or OK in the face of a deep sense of disillusionment – another word to express being caught up in the illusion of separation, for when there is no illusion, reality becomes the experience of joy.

So, in some way, I have been “chosen” to share our Introduction. In introducing myself as the 12th Being or Energy of the New Earth Council, I represent the energy of the child. I left this plane at the age of nine, having completed my Earth cycles and contributed my greatest gift to the world, by dying. For, in my departure, I set in motion in the hearts and minds and lives of my parents and siblings and those who knew me, a transformative process that altered their lives tremendously. You could even say that my release from form is what was the impulse and what set in motion the transformation that allows these messages to come through this one (Raphael). It set him on an accelerated path towards joy, as a byproduct of his ability to have an empty mind that allows these transmissions; that allows the higher dimensions access to a level of communication that is intended to assist, guide and heal those who are ready and willing to embark on their own journey towards Joy and clear communication with Spirit; Communication with their own inner voice – the voice of their innocence and purity.

Now, because I represent the child, because there is a reflection back into a personal and collective realization accompanied by definite, though vague memories of abuse in this one, there is a strong correlation and understanding about much of what underlies the current situation on the entire planet today. People face lock-down, mask wearing, “social distancing”, death and illness, loss and economic hardship and great fear as a result of an orchestrated pandemic resulting from the development and release of an engineered virus on the populations of the world. This is enhanced, supported, and reinforced by the effects of 5G and the prevalence  of electromagnetic and sonic frequencies that generate symptoms of radiation poisoning, mistaken for “Covid” symptoms. This is propelling your civilization towards the greatest destabilization and de-structuring it has known since the Flood, the great final sinking of Atlantis.

The forces behind these initiatives have been active on your planet and in your star system for extended periods of time and have been allowed a certain amount of free reign to affect Duality and separation-consciousness and to be aspects of the evolution of Humanity and of life on Earth. These energies emanate from distant “Systems” we shall call them, and have since been banned from access to your dear Mother Earth. However, during their long sojourn and control over your populations and their life force, they have influenced and generated a vast network of human beings and energies whose consciousness has been overtaken by density to such a vast extent, that they have fallen into great darkness. They have embraced what you could call evil, which is the reverse (spelling) of “live.”

This energy is anti-life, selfish and blind to consequences. However, their reign has been a factor in the establishment of learning and evolution for the souls that have been incarnating on this planet for all these eons. This includes these perpetrators as well, serving Karma, and creating the suffering through which many souls have experienced their learning on their journey towards the Light. This has generated greater levels of soul awareness and awakening from the great illusion of separation consciousness.

All things work for good. As Old Chinese teaches, Souls are Eternal. Your true nature is Immortal. You are Infinite and Universal. Death is a transition, suffering has been an instrument of evolution and transformation.

So, where are we now at this juncture of time and life on your dear Mother Earth? There is so much to tell of the story of Humanity. We could say “Mankind,” but that is an anachronism for it is an expression of how the masculine has come to dominate the consciousness and has used the objectification of women, children and “the other “as a means of domination and control.

Objects only have value in this mindset because of their usefulness. They are not recognized as having consciousness or sentience, and therefore can be disposed of and treated without respect or recognition or honoring. Objects have been transformed into possessions, and within the consciousness of darkness, black magic and the manipulation of energy, they have been used as fuel to create control and the misuse of power over the world and life on this planet.

It is with a heavy heart that we even bring up the subject of the abuse, torture and murder of children and women, of trafficking and slavery and such vile insensitivity. We are not implying that men or male children are not also the victims of this widespread horror. Nor are we suggesting that this phenomenon is perpetrated by males solely. On the contrary. Its extent is pernicious and vast.

The power structures that control your world are more than just infiltrated by the dark misuse of energy and that which we have outlined. They depend on and run on the energy supplied by ritual cultic practices and cruel sexual abuse that feed their dark powers. These energies, practices and abuses are at the root and the base of all the infrastructures of power that run your world, your major governments and corporations. They have been the foundation that underlies the control and authority over your personal and collective lives. They have determined how you think and act and feel in the world and have become calcified and entrenched into the very fabric of the matrix of what you consider “normal”. Knowing this information is important. One must not hide from the truth, nor fear it, as fear feeds it.

Dismantling this edifice and restructuring society based on the model of love, cooperation, unity and non-judgment is your/our job now. This pandemic is actually the greatest opportunity being afforded all life to shake off the reign of terror and fear and separation-consciousness your species has endured for millions upon millions of years of existences in civilizations throughout your galaxy and universe.

Your soul has the power to completely transform this reality into a new reality of unity consciousness based on Love and Light and Joy.

We are the New Earth Council. We have asked this one to be a vehicle for our transmissions, teachings and messages. We are here to assist in, not just the dismantling and de-structuring, but in the creation of structures that will replace them. It is our intention to provide the foundations for your return to Joy and Self-realization; to freedom from fear and the re-establishment of your Self -Authority. We wish to restore your power to have your life accord with your highest and purest intentions and to give you the encouragement and tools to reclaim your innocence and freedom.

The members of this council are 12 in number. We represent a variety of wisdom traditions, viewpoints and perspectives and are aligned and associated with all the Councils of Light, Holy Beings and Masters of Wisdom, all of the Avatars and Angelic guides and with all the realms of the Living Spirit that is in All Things.

Loneliness

TesuqueFallThe pangs of loneliness are very familiar to most of you. Today, the day you call (St) Valentine’s day, is a day of hunger and sadness for many, who, just like, around your Christmas season, have to face a world in which they feel very alone, without close family or friends, or a lover. There is a sense of isolation that is part of the Human condition, for, in truth, when it boils down to it, each one is really alone within their own universe, within the mental and emotional structures of the psyche and the consciousness that has developed around you and colors your world view. So, this underlying reality is heightened many fold, when your world celebrates these times with gifts and flowers, feasts and special ceremonies and with what is supposed to be a joyous gathering with a special someone or a special group of friends or family.

It does not make it easier to understand that loneliness is an endemic state of affairs and is part and parcel of the human condition. Even within the most seemingly loving, harmonious and ideal relationships and family structures, there often lurk hidden components that can grow like a canker in the blood, and suddenly, at some undetermined point, rear their ugly heads as a form of cancer or disease or eruption of dissatisfaction, anger or disaster. For human life is not only a mystery, but is a territory for a journey of growth, and if there were no challenges, no thorns to the rose bush, and always love and light, the lifetime may seem sweet but would not yield growth and spiritual development. There would be little learning, therefore not much advancement for the soul.

SFeRiver1So what is the lesson in the field of loneliness? What is the seed that grows and what is the nature of the plant and the blossoms and the fruit of this condition. Shakespeare has said in King Lear, “The ripeness is all.” There is a deep experience within the feeling of being alone that is accompanied by self blame, self loathing and self denigration. There is a sense unworthiness, of being a victim and of being down on your luck, not a pleasant state of affairs and not an easy experience to combat or contradict if you do not have a powerful practice or strong belief in something like a Higher Power that is loving and embracing and forgiving. It is often in these moments of feeling so isolated, that one can choose to end it all, to take their life and sometimes that of another with them, because the desperation and sense of powerlessness and worthlessness is so great.

There is a need to develop a practice of caring, of community and of cultivating a strong intuition for your friends and neighbors, because a smile, a kind word, a cup of tea or coffee or a walk together can make all the difference in someone’s life. It is vital to develop a practice for yourself in which you grow your faith, in which you undertake to negate the voices of put down in your head, to connect with the body mind and develop a relationship with something creative and life enhancing; to break old patterns, to develop resolve to end habits of addiction that numb the soul and the emotions and allow the presence of demons, be they real or metaphoric, to take over your life. You have been given the power of choice, of decision, of wonder and miracle to allow you to shift these old patterns and remove from yourself the burdens of old worry and struggle that have been placed on your shoulders and accepted by you as yours, unwittingly, when you were too young to know the difference.

We urge you to reach out to someone, to find help and to recognize that there can be a difference between loneliness or isolation and solitude. In solitude, you begin to create a relationship with yourself of love, of admiration, of gratitude and of sovereignty. You become your own best friend, You find things that excite and energize yourself, and you begin to recognize that you have the power, that there are guardians and angels that you can turn to and develop a relationship with, who will steer you in a direction of growth and deeper satisfaction. We want you to know that life is connected, that you are immortal and infinite, that you are a part of a greater whole and that you are indispensable to the greater good of the whole, of the planet and your community and that this feeling of being isolated is a wake up call to change the direction of your life from feeling like a victim to an empowered, sovereign being with the self authority to make healthy decisions. You may need to change the environment in which you live, the people you see, and certainly the attitudes that you have habitually seen your life and the world through, but it must be done, it can be done, and you are the one who must choose. The simple practice of exercise, of walking in Nature, running, swimming, sports, of some kind, will bring a huge shift, because you are engaging your body and your mind and your emotions.

IMG_5218We understand that loneliness is not fun, not pleasant and feels lousy. It can be overcome. Imagine what it would be like for you if someone reached out to you for help, for a kind word, a listening ear, a cup of tea, a little bit of the time of day, as they say. You would not begrudge them. So imagine that you can ask for that, to be heard once in a while. Seek help. Recognize that beneath the skin, everyone is hungry for attention, for love, connection and kindness. You may have had a rough childhood, but you have many shining examples of how people have turned their lives around. Become one of them. Become an example to some kid of how you overcame the sense of loneliness and developed a rich, fertile life, enjoying your alone time as a rewarding experience and having compassion for others. We are angels. We love you and want to help, so reach out to us in prayer. Give your troubles to God or whatever you think of as a Higher Power. You will begin to notice. difference. You will hear our answers. Your life will change.

Good evening, we are glad to be with you this evening, Wednesday, May 2nd, 2018

As you open your heart, you change your entire world. When times are rough, it is especially challenging to open your heart and it seems that times are rather stressful as you enter a new phase in humanity’s evolution, for the old crumbles. It is important that there is a new. It is not up to you to change the world by trying to change everything that is wrong. It is certainly important to use your voice, to use your power, and to use your hearts passion to change the situations you find yourself in, by advocating and teaching, and especially by modeling a new way of approaching whatever the problem might be; and to do it in such a way that there is a new vibration; that there is a new experience being created for as many concerned as possible. It is important for you in situations where you feel anger to allow yourself an outlet that is held for your anger, but not to bring your anger to the table. The more you can live in your heart, the more you can live from a place of non-judgment, the more easily and powerfully you will be able to affect situations around you. Places where there is injustice, experiences that relate to health, children, education, to spiritual involvement to the everyday experience of communication with those in your environment.

We are asking you to generate for yourself a spiritual practice, to meditate, to take time for self care, to take time to have fun, to play, to be with your children, with your friends, with Nature. We are asking you not to work on yourself, but to learn how to love yourself. The very first thing you can do towards this end, is take time for yourself. Drink water. Bless the water. Bring healthy food into your home, into your mouth, into your body. Generate benevolent, loving, encouraging thoughts. Disallow, interrupt, reject, pay no attention, to all the voices that run your life that are not You. We say You with a capital letter. You are all. We are not talking about the Big You and the Little you selves, differentiated selves, higher selves or lower selves. We are referring to who YOU are as an essence, as an immortal being, as a human in form, as a human being – The whole of you. For every aspect of you is interconnected. You cannot be separate. We understand that you feel separate. It is your conditioning that creates this reality for you and it is necessary for you to have this forgetfulness around your eternality.

Your eternal reality, your infinite nature or your immortality is not in question. For those who believe or think that this life is all there is, that this planet is the only one that supports life, that you are alone in all of the universes, in all of the stars systems, in all of the galaxies, you are seriously mistaken if this is what you feel, believe or think. Every single atom that you are composed of contains micro particles that interface with all other micro particles in all of the Universe in some fashion that may be incomprehensible to you. It is not so for those who study quantum physics or for those who have pursued metaphysical explorations. You are interconnected with all that is. All That Is, is another name for what some of you regard as the word God. GOD. It is but a word. It has so many connotations for you because of your religious, social and intellectual upbringing. It is laden with judgment, emotion, ideas, idealizations, unreal qualifications or qualities. However, we use this word simply because the dialogue, the conversations that have happened in all of your civilizations, in all of your lifetimes, around this concept of God has created an awareness within you that has been tailored for particular power control energies. We are therefore attempting to reintroduce to you, shall we say, a renovated experience of this word because when you re-define God as All There Is you, take away the idealization, the attachments, the personalizations and the anthropomorphism that have surrounded this word, this concept, this identity in your mind, in your thoughts, and in your experience. This has been your reality, a reality that has externalized this energy, giving it a gender and giving it power over you. We therefore wish you to recognize that the new “god” we are wishing you to experience, is the All That Is aspect of what is within you; the you that is interconnected with all that is, with this intelligence. We want you to bypass any conceptualization, any idealization of this thought form; Free yourselves from any emotions and any concept around this term God. There are not really adequate words and concepts for most of you that can replace these idealizations that have been part of your culture. The Great Mystery, the TAO, the Great Mother or the Great Father. All and many more of these words have power but they do not have the same commonality. Most of your people on your planet have an association with the term God, and you change the nature of the reality around this term, change the nature of the location of this energy, (from outside to within, or all around), by changing the nature of your thought.

            This is what is necessary for you to be able to live in the world of chaos, in the world of pressure, in the world of stress, and have a new experience. It is through the practice of stillness, silence, watching your thoughts, being an observer, allowing, simplicity, and giving everything to God, that you will find your life begins to move in a direction of magic, ease and grace and miracle. A recognition grows that there are also helpers in the unseen that are ready, willing and waiting to assist you as you develop your faith, as you develop your trust in a benevolent universe. For we are here to remind you that the universe is benevolent. The universe is just another way of saying God. The Universe or All That Is, or God has given you the ability to choose, to create, to be your own star. You were given free will. This is the greatest gift of God. How you use it determines the nature of your experience, your reality, and how you show up in the world. For when you stop judging yourself, or others, you become able to experience more and more a state of being which we are calling equanimity, a state of grace.

Consider too that God is also the word love, but more than that. It is God’s love that flows through your veins that is part of the electron flow of every chemical, biochemical, electrical and electromagnetic process that takes place within your physicality within your metaphysicality and within your consciousness. There is a reality in your life to what we are terming God’s love that is similar to the concept of prana, Chi, life force, living spirit, soul, and all of the many terms you use to express the energy that flows through you, that surrounds you, that is within you and that is what makes up the composition of your universe, be it external internal or transcendental.

When you take a moment at the beginning of your day in the middle of your day, or at the end of your day, your taking time out for yourself is felt in all universes. Your experience of going within, your silence, your breathing, your focus of awareness, no matter what kind of experience, or meditation that you practice, the very fact that you do so, is what creates for you an expanding awareness of all that is. Which means you are coming closer to God. You are embodying more of the nature of this flow within your being, and therefore you are actually enhancing life on Earth, consciousness itself, and there is a new definition of God. This practice, however modest it may be, is what changes things. It is how you are able to modify your behavior when you wish to express anger or when you face a challenge. Because you are not alone. No, because you are interconnected with all that is, because you are cultivating an alignment with a higher power, with an inner power, with an elevated process of thinking, you are enhancing consciousness on the planet, and enabling yourself to have a different perspective. As you move the focus away from yourself and your worries, your preoccupations, your emotions, and your opinions, you create more clarity, which enables you to see other perspectives, to see what it might be like for others; it allows you to have more compassion; for yourself, and then for others. Part of your practice is to be aware of the voices in your mind. The other part of your practice is to change the voices in your mind. If you can ignore them, well and good, however you may need to be more firm and replace them with positive, life-enhancing, benevolent and encouraging words. Even the images need to be replaced. The energy of the heart is the energy and place where you make these kinds of changes because in the heart vibration everything is possible. In order to be in your heart, it is necessary to take some time, whether it be one moment, that one moment of silence, that morning five or 10 minute meditation. We will see you in that space. We are wishing you to know that we are always here for you. We are available to communicate with you, answer your questions, assist you in guiding you to make more life-enhancing choices for yourself, as you reach for communication with us.

You can call us your guardian angels. We love you. Unconditionally.

IMG_4888                    Greetings to you in this early stage of 2018, perhaps your most pivotal year to date. We observe how many changes and cycles many of you are experiencing along your journey in the universe of form. It is with some delight that we watch you as you endeavor to negotiate the rapids and boulders in the river that is flowing with your life energies to bring you closer to the great sea, to the truth of your interconnectedness. For in truth, everything you experience is the result of your attempts at the highest levels to get you to that place of recognition that the journey is about realizing the truth of interconnectedness. The thrust of evolution on your planet right now is taking you deeper and higher and by that we mean, into the worlds of the within as well as the without. You are at the brink of a new world. That is a reality that the sooner you come to terms with, the easier the old reality will fall away and the easier it will be to accept that everything is an extension of your inner state, and that you are being asked to bring the inner state to a higher level of vibration so that you can experience the Oneness, finally and with such conviction and somatic understanding that this evolution is yours and you are deserving of being elevated to the highest expression of Union and you are being prepared for it; and that’s really what all the turmoil and change, challenge and perturbation is all about.

It is essential for you to come back home – to your own body, your very unique, personal entity that is the vessel for your experience on this plane. There is a treasure chest at the end of each experience of pain, of loss, of separation and rage. Everything you experience is part of the now, the now is the only reality. It is the moment, and the vessel of alignment that you are, is needed to be in harmony with your mind, your soul and your experience of self. This is the ark of the covenant, the biggest treasure chest of them all, the covenant between you and Creator, that you  would receive a vehicle through which to express your own creator nature – you were given free will and the power to create. Are these not among  the characteristics of “God” in your mind?. So to create is an aspect of your nature as human beings. Look at what you have created. Look what God has created. If you can bring these into alignment, you can more easily release the old habits and patterns that keep you and your world in a state of disconnection.

Are you not most hungry for connection? This is the greatest quest of your world, in some way. Connection is the language of the heart. Each offense to creation is a cry for connection, to recognize the beauty of the heart that you share with all creation, ALL creation. It is where the healing of your lives and your planet is anchored. It is connection that aligns you with your humanity and with your divinity. You have come here to marry those two and you cannot do it without coming fully into your vehicle, your sanctuary, your temple, your very own flesh and blood, your very own personal body. If you have not incarnated, how can you “ascend”, how can you expect to graduate from the school of hard knocks if you haven’t learned to complete your curriculum? You must fully experience your emotions and your senses in order to be fully present. If you are not present, you can have an “accident”, say all the wrong things, blow up, contract or run away,…… In order to transcend this world’s challenges, you have to have at least taken them on and faced them, in whatever way is appropriate for you. After all, you are a creator and you have free will. This is what differentiates you from all life and all of the inanimate world around you. It is God’s greatest gift and it is continued to express itself through God’s love, which flows through you as the Living spirit, as Prana, Chi, energy, life, love. It is all the foundation of who you are. You are Immortal, Eternal, Infinite and Universal. You come back and forth to this world. This time is an opportunity to finally complete your assignment(s) and then you can go home to from wherever you came or to wherever it is that you are destined to go once you leave this vessel. It is your time. Believe in yourself, not someone or something outside of you , unless it is reflecting your Inner Truth.

Cycles. What has this to do with cycles? Remember that on your planet everything moves in cycles, all phenomena are renewed in some form . There is constant flow and you are never the same conglomerate of ideas, thoughts, atoms and molecules from one moment to another,  to another. You and everything is evolving, becoming something else. So remember that things that are one way now can be a different way in another moment – or year. Let this be THE year for you when you realize that the cycle has come full cycle, that you are ready for a new way of being, transcending your story and applying truth to every aspect of your being, which includes thought and feeling and knowing what it’s like to be in your body fully inhabiting your experience. For, just like the winter ends and the Spring arrives, there is a beautiful sunset awaiting you with every day’s waning of the Sun and the light of the day.

Apply your divine gift of creation and marry to it your free will and follow the path through your sorrows, through your pain and through your anger and when you reach the edges of your perceptions, you will pass through the veil and understand, and take a breath and realize it is all a grand adventure, like your movies, all a creation, an unending, ongoing unfolding of story, of plan, of evolution, and you are on the wave. Take heart, for you are not alone. In this cycle you get to have companions, friends, angels and human beings beside you all the way, for you are not disconnected from us in reality, only in the capacity you have to make that connection with all worlds and all spirits. Or don’t. You always have a choice at some level. Most of what you have chosen so far was unconscious and has been running the show for so long. That cycle now comes to an end and it happens this year, a great gathering of the collaborative energies that are changing the face of the Earth as you know it, as people and creatures and the invisible realms begin to see each other, find each other, get to know each other so you get it for once and for all, that you are connected. Interconnected. The cycle is now. There is magic and miracle, mystery and beauty melding in with this realization and it will not be long that you feel the shift if you have not yet felt it. We are at your service as we hope you will be also at “our” service, for we all serve the Whole.

The day was crisp. It smelled of Winter coming. The Old Sage of the Forest was sitting beside the Lake of Li. All of a sudden the cold air was replaced by a warm breeze. “Ah!” he told himself, “He is come” As he tuned in to the vibration, he felt a warmth and a shiver come over him. The warmth was spreading through his breast and the shiver was in his abdomen. “This one is special”, he whispered to himself. “This is what I have prepared for all these lives. “  He sat in stillness and silence beside the lake to await him. In the distance the waterfall crashed down into the waters and the air became alive.

At the edge of the Forrest of Kan, the boy dismissed his escort and stepped forward to the fountain. The royal guards had expressed their concern for the 13 year old, left alone on the verges of the forest, but the son of the Emperor waved aside their concerns as he had dismounted from his horse. “I am the son of the Emperor. It is my duty to study with the Old Sage of the Forest. One day, I shall be Emperor and I must be brave and endure my challenges, for my Father has sent me, as was he, and his father before him, to receive the tutelage of the Old Sage on his 13th birthday.”

He stepped up to the spring-fed water fountain at the small opening in the woods where a path entered the dense forest. The forest was almost completely hidden by a dense fog that appeared as the boy had arrived. “I am Immortal, I am Infinite, I am Eternal, I am Universal” he declared, as he had been instructed. As he cupped the sweet tasting water in his hands, the fog parted just enough to reveal the path. He stepped into the fog and it parted in front of him. His heart was pounding. It was getting cool. The night was not far away. He stepped, and the fog parted.

serveimage-7  Blessings. Blessings and Peace to you all. May the Living Spirit that is in all Life come forward and touch your heart, and enter your breath. I am Old Chinese. Who are you? What is your work in the world? Why can you not forgive? What is it that affects you and keeps you in bondage to the past, to the pain. What do you want? What do you not want? Why do you run away, hide, pretend.

             Are you ready to face yourself?  Are you willing to embark on a journey of discipline and power that can bring you the freedom you seek, and allow your life to flow with ease and grace. It will require that you become a warrior; a spiritual warrior. It will require that you cease judging, open your heart, be courageous, face life as it is, and no longer allow the old story to run your life.

          The one writing and I have embarked on a new journey together. To allow the ancient wisdom of the Taoist schools of Old China, the understanding of the modern mind and the practice of disciplines adapted to the world in which you live, to blossom in you. It will be an exploration of your inner self so that as you shine the light there, it grows and never again diminishes. There is a message that has been brewing in my soul since the election in the uSA. I have come across many responses of sadness, despair, shock and outrage as a result of the election results, responses that surprised me from people I respect and love, who seem to have a perspective that I do not quite share. In my innocence and naivite as a dreamer, as a “hopeless/hopeful romantic”, I have come to have a perspective that always attempts to see things through a higher perspective, through the vision of Spirit, of God’s love and of the evolution of consciousness on the planet that I have come to be a part of, to serve and experience. There is a flow of awareness and evolution that is in process and we don’t always have the ability or capacity to know the whole picture. It is my perhaps naive view, that everything, EVERYTHING, that happens has a higher purpose, however horrifying, traumatic, joyful or cruel, it may seem. I have complete trust that there is a higher purpose also in these events that are happening in human history, in the history of the planet and the current moment in the evolutionary process of our “civilization”. Empires, civilizations have risen and fallen for countless millenia. Within the framework of time  (or no-time) everything evolves and is part of our soul’s journey towards wholeness, towards the recognition of God’s love manifesting in our lives and moving towards the eventual world of Heaven on Earth, a “return” to a New Dawn, an age of peace, love, harmony and cooperation on this planet. It is not necessarily given to us to see how the steps along that journey are part of this unfolding, but I hold in my heart the dearness of this vision and the Divine Purpose that is at work. Our human perspective has been conditioned heavily by the traumas, acculturation and distortions of our upbringing, of our limited brains and perspectives, and I am praying and holding space for the evolution that is now occurring to blossom into the reality of this vision that my heart tells me IS the New Reality unfolding. May it be so for you too, in whatever way it can manifest for your deepest happiness.

Starting Over Again

“Starting Over Again” is the subject of today’s talk. It is a very important attitude to develop now; A very important perspective to have an understanding about the possibility of starting over again. And we would like to clarify what that means but for each one who listens or reads or hears this, understanding that you can start again from the beginning, means that everything you have carried, that you no longer want, that you no longer feel, that you no longer want to feel, that you no longer believe and that you no longer regard as your reality – as your story, as having any validity any longer, because you are starting again; with only that which you really want and need from your heart; that which you envisage, intention, that which you call in, that which you love, that which excites you, that which fulfills you and brings you happiness- deep happiness, realization of what you need to cultivate for your body, for your mind, and for your soul. For without any one of these aspects you are not complete. And this is a time of completion, and in order to complete, you must have an idea of what’s next, of what you want, of what you are drawn to and feel, what brings you happiness and joy, must be your focus for you to begin again, for you do not wish to begin again the cycle you have just completed. Within the space of talking, of reaching conclusion, and of being concluded, having completeness about your past – you do not have to even filter out the good and the bad, or consider it, except as history that happened once to somebody, and it is over. And it is inscribed somewhere that this happened, but the charge is no longer there. This is a leap, a great leap fore many, as you are thinking, it is a leap of faith, but faith must be in oneself, and yes, you can have companions in whom you can have faith, because they have showed up before, or show up now. They are part of your support team. They’re the ones who love you the most. They wish for you the best, always the best for yourself and so starting over again means putting yourself first. It means developing self-authority in all areas of your life. It means going within in some form. You may consider it going out to some divinity but we recommend that you consider that when you wish to access divinity, that you go within, for you have the mechanism, right within your heart space and all you need do is put your right hand on your heart and your left on your right or imagine and go there into the heart through the breath. Call in the stillness, call in your angels your guides, your BAs, your MAs your PhDs, call in whatever you need to call in to be present with you now,   in the moment of your connecting to your heart and then wait. For we will speak to you, through you, if you take the time to go there, to pay attention, to be still. This is a very good place to start a new life; to be starting all over again; All you bring to the table now is your excitement, your visions, your direction, your intentions your purpose, your goals, your love, your support, all the things you want, you want for everyone now, but that means you want it for yourself; whatever it is that will help you on your journey and certainly ease and grace, equanimity and peace, and love, acceptance, forgiveness, joy; all these things on the menu that we can name are there for you now in that space of the heart. Being in the space of the heart will generate a field of safety because there is a great power to the electromagnetic field that you exude when you are in that state of being in the heart and being still, by paying attention to the breath, to the feet, to the above and the below, and to begin to cultivate the knowing that you can go into the heart with ease and grace, that you can have, that you can be free, you can have love, you can be safe. Your heart is that place, and it is within you. And whatever you need to do, you need to do, to get to that place and it is up to you to determine what that is; not just for yourself, but for all. Everyone is entitled to their self-authority. Those who are free to pursue this for themselves, are doing so for the world, and they will receive that which they are calling in.

It is a glorious time; there is so much blessing that pours through you, each one of you who listens, who hears, who receives, who reads, for this message is not for the one talking, though it brings him to the same place as you who are hearing; this is the next phase. As you release your first moment of flight as the new butterfly, you are beginning from the start, beginning again, and you have a clean slate now, for you have made an agreement with yourself that this is what you want; you wish to be free, you wish to be happy, you wish to be together and you wish to be alone; you wish to have all your needs met, and beyond; you wish to have your heart’s desire. This is what is at stake, and this is what is now being presented to you by the Universe. It may be a thorny path for some, you may get scratched, and yet, it is only so because there is much work to be done to clear up the old attachments to the past, because you as a soul, as an entity of spirit that is in form, within your BodyBeingMind, there is this recognition, that you can be sovereign. There is an understanding that you are here and that you are ready for these things to be your reality, and you must focus upon them, for at least enough time to recognize that “Yes, I can have this”, this is what I want, and I may not know how, but I am telling the Universe, and I am asking at the same time “this is what I want. Manifest it for me, with me. Let me be in that place where this is my reality, where everything unfolds with ease and grace even the journey through the briar patch. As you connect with your essence, as you begin to recognize the beauty of your own unique being, you will begin to live this life more and more as you do so.

Yesterday morning, instead of receiving a personal message, this is what came through with a request to share it, especially in view of the fact that many seem to be experiencing challenges in some area of their lives currently. So enjoy. There is no name attached to it, perhaps it is from one who calls himself “Old Chinese”:

Breath

It is time for Humanity to look within. The human heart carries all the secrets, all the messages that people need to know about themselves, their path in life, who they really are and what they have come here for. The human heart, not some divine, timeless, spiritual space of worship or devotion or adulation, not some priestess or channel or god being, not a guru or a wise mother figure that can shower you with love or give you a hug or a magic touch, but your own human heart. The cells of your heart knew when to start beating before you emerged from your Mother’s womb, before your first breath. They carry the codes, the memories and the lessons; they carry the instructions for who and what you are to be, and have been, and they carry the information of your lineage, personal and collective, of everything it required to assemble stardust and spirit into the unique being that Mother Earth was able to fashion, so that you could be here now in this place and in this time. Those first cells of your heart imparted to every cell of your body and every atom and molecule that makes up your DNA and your cellular structure, the instructions, the direction and the knowledge of how a star being from the distant galaxies, from the Earth’s oceans and dirt was able to form itself into a human being with the genetic make up of your parents and ancestors so that you, yourself, could be.

Your inner world of biology, your inner world of consciousness, of attention, of breath and of focus is your doorway to all the answers you seek, to the why and how of your life, to the feelings that dominate and control you, to the longings and pain, to the aches and losses, to the hunger and misery and suffering you are carrying from your ancestors and to the joy and celebration of freedom, of unity and harmony – to the peace you so long for in your personal life and in what you see around you on this beautiful golden planet that is so unique in the Universe.

The lessons you are learning are only lessons; for even as you are all these wonderful things in the framework of your human biological and mental, intellectual and psychic structure, so you are also the timeless, immortal and universal spirit that inhabits each cell, the infinite eternality of spirit entering form – the great mystery of who you are, the great mystery of All That Is, that you call God, that you see as the divine – as you see, feel and experience as outside of you, as Jesus or Mary or Buddha or some other Great Being that you pray to or put on a pedestal, attach wings to and ask for help or guidance from

Look to your own wings, to your own source of the great mystery, for truly, I tell you, there is no greater mystery than that which dwells in your own cells, in the memory of who you have been, and what you are and who you have determined to become. This mystery that is written in the stars, is inscribed in your very own DNA. Each strand carries untold treasure and story and reality.

Spiral in and then spiral back out and recognize that the center of the spiral, the one doing the spiraling, is who you truly are.

Your breath loves your body. Your body loves your breath. They are inseparable. For those of you who say “yes, we have been told over and over about this thing you are sharing with us about the answers being within, that God or Jesus or Buddha, or whomever we look to as being our great shining light – as being within – as being the answer, but I don’t FEEL it. I don’t KNOW it; it is just a concept, an intellectual exercise” – the breath is the doorway. You cannot enter the kingdom with the mind and you cannot access the heart without the body. They are all intertwined. heartbodymind all exist within the breath. The breath feeds the body, the body feeds the mind, and the heart feeds the brain, which feeds the heart. There is a symbiosis, an interconnectedness that reaches out beyond the physicality to encompass all life, for all life is bodymind and is connected through the in and out of breath – the heart pumping life force, renewing the old, stale energy with the living spirit that animates the fullness of life and allows the brainmind to think and the bodymindbrainheart to create all the wonderful tools and technologies and poetry from words and building blocks of matter. The mystery of who you are is so vast and intricate, it cannot be grasped by the intellect, even in millions of lives, but it can be felt by one heart in, one now moment, for it is also simple and pure and innocent and exists in the imagination, in the child’s curiosity and in the world of play.

Consider the breath for a moment; Like the tide, it flows, it comes and goes; it is never still, always moving in and out, one wave after the other, some big, crashing waves, and then the sucking of the undertow gathering its forces for the next wave and sometimes a gentle swell, and then the water washes the shore and fills the tide-pools and the holes where the clams and mussels breathe. And so too, the breath comes and goes, and as you sit and breathe, and feel, perhaps sadness or anger or frustration with your challenge, with your health or financial or relationship issue, there is an understanding that each breath you take, as you hold that thought with the breath, it must be released with the out-breath, and then the next in-breath is a new one, a different one and you cannot re-breathe the last breath you just released, for it has gone, like a million breaths before it, it came and it went. And there will be another breath in a year’s time that will carry a different thought, a different character, a different feeling, but right now, this breath that we breathe is unique. It exists only in the moment and I can choose to attach whatever thought or feeling I wish to it, and as it becomes complete, I will breathe out and then, there will be another opportunity for another breath, and I can attach to it whatever thought, feeling or moment of attention I please. I have the freedom to breathe my own breath and to feel what I now choose to feel and think, what I now wish and choose to think as I breathe in that breath; and as sure as night follows day and the day follows night, I can watch that breath release, feel the air leave my body and feel the new breath coming in. And who am I? I am the one who breathes, I am the one who watches, who chooses, who thinks and feels, breathing in and releasing out. My existence depends on this action of breathing in and releasing. My body, my brain, my heart, all are partaking of this process and are all feeding each other. My mind is the fluid energy of in and out and watching, feeling, thinking, being. And they are all connected to this great mystery of existence that has some kind of spirit attached to them. And perhaps, when the process stops, there will be nothing, and perhaps that spirit continues without the process. I will find out, or I won’t. It does not matter. Right now, what does matter, is that I am breathing in and out and there is a choice for me as to what thought and emotion I attach to the breath. And it is all within that this process happens. There may be answers within that arise, and when they do, it is that “still small voice” that I now pay attention to.

You have heard the terms “There is only Love” or “there is only God”. Forget about that. These are concepts. There is only breath. As far as you, I, we are concerned, that is the only truth you need. Everything rises and falls within the moments of breath. Life exists in breath.

May the Living Spirit that is within all life be present in each breath you breathe, and bring you peace.
