We are here with you once again to share some insights for this time. I am Ashtara. I represent the feminine aspect of the one who transmits these messages. In some way I am an angel and from another perspective, I am this one’s feminine aspect. I am also a representative of what you call the “Galactic Federation”.  As you ponder on the unfathomable world around you, you may be surprised to realize that everything can be seen from many perspectives, some seemingly juxtaposed and regarded as opposites. For the world of flesh and blood, the 3rd dimensional world that you swim in, is a creation based upon polarity. It is not the “True” Reality. But then, what is that? Is there such a thing? Can a human being see with perspectives that transcends dualism, transcend the world of opposites, cold and hot, light and dark, innocence and guilt? The answer is “yes”!

As the world is evolving at this pivotal time in your history/herstory, many are following a path that they are hoping will lead them to some form of enlightenment. They seek wisdom and guidance, attend seminars and gatherings and follow those who seem to have answers, charisma and some aura of Grace about them. There is much soul searching for those who are no longer satisfied with the status quo and with what they see and experience around them. They are rushing to the yoga studios and the ceremonies and the shamans and the practices of the East and indigenous ones, attempting to move beyond the restrictions and paradigms of the past, be it the dogmas of the patriarchy or the restrictions of religious upbringing that never brought freedom or spirituality into the young lives.

You have an amazing opportunity at this time in your evolution because you are at the end point of a certain organicity. What I mean by that is there is a moment in time when everything is coming to a standstill, almost as if the moment before everything comes crashing down. There is an expectancy that something majorly has to change otherwise it all will come crashing down. And yet there is great confusion because the chaos is so great that people lose hope. They become despondent and you have those who cannot bear it and leave by their own  accord. They leave great sorrow and shake up behind them. Their desperate cry is heard but there seems to be no answer.

It is imperative that each one follows a path towards their heart now.You can only keep it locked up and frozen for so long before the medical results catch up and life appears to be a struggle and a great challenge instead of a joy and a celebration. It is necessary to become vulnerable. It is necessary to turn to your own, personal inner guidance system, to your heart, to the very flesh and blood that your body represents with its own source of wisdom and truth. It is important to become your own authority. It is important to give love and caring and blessing to the children, to remove them from the rigidity of school and system and bring them into the fresh air of nature and the world of water and tree and magic and beauty. Don’t bury them behind a desk learning how to conform to a world of authority that has no heart. Take back your pride in your humanity because being human and being divine are the two sides of the currency of wholeness and you cannot afford to be spending your coins on mediocrity and hypocrisy.

There are important lessons to follow before the crashing. The greatest killer in your society is judgement. “It begins with your family and soon it comes round to your soul” as Leonard Cohen said. You learn to judge yourself and then you learn to project onto others. This is where you must begin, whatever your practice. It may take you all your life to love yourself, but after all, it is worth it. You are a child of The Great Mystery, of Creator, of the One. Each one is unique, each one is special and has something to offer the Whole. Your individuality is only a pathway to wholeness because in “Reality” you are all One, you are all aspects of each other. You are eternal beings, sparks of the Divine. You are all reflections of each other in your isolation, in your wholeness, learning about re-union, coming back to union. You are dancers. You are not male and female in your souls, in your hearts. You have divided yourselves into two halves so you could experience what it is like to come together. You are both. Each one has a male and a female aspect. As you recognize the “other” aspect of your makeup, you are reaching for your wholeness. Instead of projecting your pain and anger at the “other sex”, try and imagine what it might be like to be in their shoes. All are conditioned into their boxes.

Many are preaching about the “Divine” feminine and masculine. My recommendation is to forget about all that. Does your dog or cat have a “divine” feminine or masculine? By thinking this way you are differentiating between human and divine as if they are separate worlds. You are distancing yourselves from the very truth of wholeness. As you begin  your daily meditation practice, reach upwards towards “Heaven” and downwards towards the core of Mother Earth and bring them both  into your heart, connecting Heaven on Earth with your very center. Just as your different energy bodies have some kind of differentiation as to size and function, so too they interpenetrate the whole being that you are and are only considered as separate for the purposes of analysis and healing. In truth there is one interconnected whole made up of interpenetrating collaborative systems, cells, organs, molecules and atoms, all contributing to one organism that is also part off a multitude of systems, organs and cells in a galactic and global interconnected entity. Which is also interconnected to All That Is.

As you expand your awareness to see the bigger picture, remember to treat yourself and those around you with love and respect. No spiritual growth is possible without it. Be humble, keep it simple. Be true to yourself and your heart. Trust. There are many unseen helpers all around you waiting to answer your call. Life is a miracle and a blessing. Allow what comes to you to be there. Resistance engenders pain. Cry, Rage, feel it all. You are human by design, not by chance. You have chosen to be here. Choose to be here, in this human body. Choose to experience what you have gathered to yourself. No one else can experience it for you. It is your doorway to the infinite. And you are infinite beings. You are loved and protected. Reach out, reach in. Angels are there. Your “aspect” is there too. Enjoy the dance!

Cycles

IMG_4888                    Greetings to you in this early stage of 2018, perhaps your most pivotal year to date. We observe how many changes and cycles many of you are experiencing along your journey in the universe of form. It is with some delight that we watch you as you endeavor to negotiate the rapids and boulders in the river that is flowing with your life energies to bring you closer to the great sea, to the truth of your interconnectedness. For in truth, everything you experience is the result of your attempts at the highest levels to get you to that place of recognition that the journey is about realizing the truth of interconnectedness. The thrust of evolution on your planet right now is taking you deeper and higher and by that we mean, into the worlds of the within as well as the without. You are at the brink of a new world. That is a reality that the sooner you come to terms with, the easier the old reality will fall away and the easier it will be to accept that everything is an extension of your inner state, and that you are being asked to bring the inner state to a higher level of vibration so that you can experience the Oneness, finally and with such conviction and somatic understanding that this evolution is yours and you are deserving of being elevated to the highest expression of Union and you are being prepared for it; and that’s really what all the turmoil and change, challenge and perturbation is all about.

It is essential for you to come back home – to your own body, your very unique, personal entity that is the vessel for your experience on this plane. There is a treasure chest at the end of each experience of pain, of loss, of separation and rage. Everything you experience is part of the now, the now is the only reality. It is the moment, and the vessel of alignment that you are, is needed to be in harmony with your mind, your soul and your experience of self. This is the ark of the covenant, the biggest treasure chest of them all, the covenant between you and Creator, that you  would receive a vehicle through which to express your own creator nature – you were given free will and the power to create. Are these not among  the characteristics of “God” in your mind?. So to create is an aspect of your nature as human beings. Look at what you have created. Look what God has created. If you can bring these into alignment, you can more easily release the old habits and patterns that keep you and your world in a state of disconnection.

Are you not most hungry for connection? This is the greatest quest of your world, in some way. Connection is the language of the heart. Each offense to creation is a cry for connection, to recognize the beauty of the heart that you share with all creation, ALL creation. It is where the healing of your lives and your planet is anchored. It is connection that aligns you with your humanity and with your divinity. You have come here to marry those two and you cannot do it without coming fully into your vehicle, your sanctuary, your temple, your very own flesh and blood, your very own personal body. If you have not incarnated, how can you “ascend”, how can you expect to graduate from the school of hard knocks if you haven’t learned to complete your curriculum? You must fully experience your emotions and your senses in order to be fully present. If you are not present, you can have an “accident”, say all the wrong things, blow up, contract or run away,…… In order to transcend this world’s challenges, you have to have at least taken them on and faced them, in whatever way is appropriate for you. After all, you are a creator and you have free will. This is what differentiates you from all life and all of the inanimate world around you. It is God’s greatest gift and it is continued to express itself through God’s love, which flows through you as the Living spirit, as Prana, Chi, energy, life, love. It is all the foundation of who you are. You are Immortal, Eternal, Infinite and Universal. You come back and forth to this world. This time is an opportunity to finally complete your assignment(s) and then you can go home to from wherever you came or to wherever it is that you are destined to go once you leave this vessel. It is your time. Believe in yourself, not someone or something outside of you , unless it is reflecting your Inner Truth.

Cycles. What has this to do with cycles? Remember that on your planet everything moves in cycles, all phenomena are renewed in some form . There is constant flow and you are never the same conglomerate of ideas, thoughts, atoms and molecules from one moment to another,  to another. You and everything is evolving, becoming something else. So remember that things that are one way now can be a different way in another moment – or year. Let this be THE year for you when you realize that the cycle has come full cycle, that you are ready for a new way of being, transcending your story and applying truth to every aspect of your being, which includes thought and feeling and knowing what it’s like to be in your body fully inhabiting your experience. For, just like the winter ends and the Spring arrives, there is a beautiful sunset awaiting you with every day’s waning of the Sun and the light of the day.

Apply your divine gift of creation and marry to it your free will and follow the path through your sorrows, through your pain and through your anger and when you reach the edges of your perceptions, you will pass through the veil and understand, and take a breath and realize it is all a grand adventure, like your movies, all a creation, an unending, ongoing unfolding of story, of plan, of evolution, and you are on the wave. Take heart, for you are not alone. In this cycle you get to have companions, friends, angels and human beings beside you all the way, for you are not disconnected from us in reality, only in the capacity you have to make that connection with all worlds and all spirits. Or don’t. You always have a choice at some level. Most of what you have chosen so far was unconscious and has been running the show for so long. That cycle now comes to an end and it happens this year, a great gathering of the collaborative energies that are changing the face of the Earth as you know it, as people and creatures and the invisible realms begin to see each other, find each other, get to know each other so you get it for once and for all, that you are connected. Interconnected. The cycle is now. There is magic and miracle, mystery and beauty melding in with this realization and it will not be long that you feel the shift if you have not yet felt it. We are at your service as we hope you will be also at “our” service, for we all serve the Whole.

Old Chinese

The day was crisp. It smelled of Winter coming. The Old Sage of the Forest was sitting beside the Lake of Li. All of a sudden the cold air was replaced by a warm breeze. “Ah!” he told himself, “He is come” As he tuned in to the vibration, he felt a warmth and a shiver come over him. The warmth was spreading through his breast and the shiver was in his abdomen. “This one is special”, he whispered to himself. “This is what I have prepared for all these lives. “  He sat in stillness and silence beside the lake to await him. In the distance the waterfall crashed down into the waters and the air became alive.

At the edge of the Forrest of Kan, the boy dismissed his escort and stepped forward to the fountain. The royal guards had expressed their concern for the 13 year old, left alone on the verges of the forest, but the son of the Emperor waved aside their concerns as he had dismounted from his horse. “I am the son of the Emperor. It is my duty to study with the Old Sage of the Forest. One day, I shall be Emperor and I must be brave and endure my challenges, for my Father has sent me, as was he, and his father before him, to receive the tutelage of the Old Sage on his 13th birthday.”

He stepped up to the spring-fed water fountain at the small opening in the woods where a path entered the dense forest. The forest was almost completely hidden by a dense fog that appeared as the boy had arrived. “I am Immortal, I am Infinite, I am Eternal, I am Universal” he declared, as he had been instructed. As he cupped the sweet tasting water in his hands, the fog parted just enough to reveal the path. He stepped into the fog and it parted in front of him. His heart was pounding. It was getting cool. The night was not far away. He stepped, and the fog parted.

serveimage-7  Blessings. Blessings and Peace to you all. May the Living Spirit that is in all Life come forward and touch your heart, and enter your breath. I am Old Chinese. Who are you? What is your work in the world? Why can you not forgive? What is it that affects you and keeps you in bondage to the past, to the pain. What do you want? What do you not want? Why do you run away, hide, pretend.

             Are you ready to face yourself?  Are you willing to embark on a journey of discipline and power that can bring you the freedom you seek, and allow your life to flow with ease and grace. It will require that you become a warrior; a spiritual warrior. It will require that you cease judging, open your heart, be courageous, face life as it is, and no longer allow the old story to run your life.

          The one writing and I have embarked on a new journey together. To allow the ancient wisdom of the Taoist schools of Old China, the understanding of the modern mind and the practice of disciplines adapted to the world in which you live, to blossom in you. It will be an exploration of your inner self so that as you shine the light there, it grows and never again diminishes. This is what the Introduction to Spiritual Warriorship is for and about. 7 weeks of introduction, then we take the next step. Technology allows you to listen to the program from a phone or computer. We look forward to meeting you, and telling you more of the story of the young boy and the Old Sage.

Shift

There is a message that has been brewing in my soul since the election in the uSA. I have come across many responses of sadness, despair, shock and outrage as a result of the election results, responses that surprised me from people I respect and love, who seem to have a perspective that I do not quite share. In my innocence and naivite as a dreamer, as a “hopeless/hopeful romantic”, I have come to have a perspective that always attempts to see things through a higher perspective, through the vision of Spirit, of God’s love and of the evolution of consciousness on the planet that I have come to be a part of, to serve and experience. There is a flow of awareness and evolution that is in process and we don’t always have the ability or capacity to know the whole picture. It is my perhaps naive view, that everything, EVERYTHING, that happens has a higher purpose, however horrifying, traumatic, joyful or cruel, it may seem. I have complete trust that there is a higher purpose also in these events that are happening in human history, in the history of the planet and the current moment in the evolutionary process of our “civilization”. Empires, civilizations have risen and fallen for countless millenia. Within the framework of time  (or no-time) everything evolves and is part of our soul’s journey towards wholeness, towards the recognition of God’s love manifesting in our lives and moving towards the eventual world of Heaven on Earth, a “return” to a New Dawn, an age of peace, love, harmony and cooperation on this planet. It is not necessarily given to us to see how the steps along that journey are part of this unfolding, but I hold in my heart the dearness of this vision and the Divine Purpose that is at work. Our human perspective has been conditioned heavily by the traumas, acculturation and distortions of our upbringing, of our limited brains and perspectives, and I am praying and holding space for the evolution that is now occurring to blossom into the reality of this vision that my heart tells me IS the New Reality unfolding. May it be so for you too, in whatever way it can manifest for your deepest happiness.

Starting Over Again

“Starting Over Again” is the subject of today’s talk. It is a very important attitude to develop now; A very important perspective to have an understanding about the possibility of starting over again. And we would like to clarify what that means but for each one who listens or reads or hears this, understanding that you can start again from the beginning, means that everything you have carried, that you no longer want, that you no longer feel, that you no longer want to feel, that you no longer believe and that you no longer regard as your reality – as your story, as having any validity any longer, because you are starting again; with only that which you really want and need from your heart; that which you envisage, intention, that which you call in, that which you love, that which excites you, that which fulfills you and brings you happiness- deep happiness, realization of what you need to cultivate for your body, for your mind, and for your soul. For without any one of these aspects you are not complete. And this is a time of completion, and in order to complete, you must have an idea of what’s next, of what you want, of what you are drawn to and feel, what brings you happiness and joy, must be your focus for you to begin again, for you do not wish to begin again the cycle you have just completed. Within the space of talking, of reaching conclusion, and of being concluded, having completeness about your past – you do not have to even filter out the good and the bad, or consider it, except as history that happened once to somebody, and it is over. And it is inscribed somewhere that this happened, but the charge is no longer there. This is a leap, a great leap fore many, as you are thinking, it is a leap of faith, but faith must be in oneself, and yes, you can have companions in whom you can have faith, because they have showed up before, or show up now. They are part of your support team. They’re the ones who love you the most. They wish for you the best, always the best for yourself and so starting over again means putting yourself first. It means developing self-authority in all areas of your life. It means going within in some form. You may consider it going out to some divinity but we recommend that you consider that when you wish to access divinity, that you go within, for you have the mechanism, right within your heart space and all you need do is put your right hand on your heart and your left on your right or imagine and go there into the heart through the breath. Call in the stillness, call in your angels your guides, your BAs, your MAs your PhDs, call in whatever you need to call in to be present with you now,   in the moment of your connecting to your heart and then wait. For we will speak to you, through you, if you take the time to go there, to pay attention, to be still. This is a very good place to start a new life; to be starting all over again; All you bring to the table now is your excitement, your visions, your direction, your intentions your purpose, your goals, your love, your support, all the things you want, you want for everyone now, but that means you want it for yourself; whatever it is that will help you on your journey and certainly ease and grace, equanimity and peace, and love, acceptance, forgiveness, joy; all these things on the menu that we can name are there for you now in that space of the heart. Being in the space of the heart will generate a field of safety because there is a great power to the electromagnetic field that you exude when you are in that state of being in the heart and being still, by paying attention to the breath, to the feet, to the above and the below, and to begin to cultivate the knowing that you can go into the heart with ease and grace, that you can have, that you can be free, you can have love, you can be safe. Your heart is that place, and it is within you. And whatever you need to do, you need to do, to get to that place and it is up to you to determine what that is; not just for yourself, but for all. Everyone is entitled to their self-authority. Those who are free to pursue this for themselves, are doing so for the world, and they will receive that which they are calling in.

It is a glorious time; there is so much blessing that pours through you, each one of you who listens, who hears, who receives, who reads, for this message is not for the one talking, though it brings him to the same place as you who are hearing; this is the next phase. As you release your first moment of flight as the new butterfly, you are beginning from the start, beginning again, and you have a clean slate now, for you have made an agreement with yourself that this is what you want; you wish to be free, you wish to be happy, you wish to be together and you wish to be alone; you wish to have all your needs met, and beyond; you wish to have your heart’s desire. This is what is at stake, and this is what is now being presented to you by the Universe. It may be a thorny path for some, you may get scratched, and yet, it is only so because there is much work to be done to clear up the old attachments to the past, because you as a soul, as an entity of spirit that is in form, within your BodyBeingMind, there is this recognition, that you can be sovereign. There is an understanding that you are here and that you are ready for these things to be your reality, and you must focus upon them, for at least enough time to recognize that “Yes, I can have this”, this is what I want, and I may not know how, but I am telling the Universe, and I am asking at the same time “this is what I want. Manifest it for me, with me. Let me be in that place where this is my reality, where everything unfolds with ease and grace even the journey through the briar patch. As you connect with your essence, as you begin to recognize the beauty of your own unique being, you will begin to live this life more and more as you do so.

Yesterday morning, instead of receiving a personal message, this is what came through with a request to share it, especially in view of the fact that many seem to be experiencing challenges in some area of their lives currently. So enjoy. There is no name attached to it, perhaps it is from one who calls himself “Old Chinese”:

Breath

It is time for Humanity to look within. The human heart carries all the secrets, all the messages that people need to know about themselves, their path in life, who they really are and what they have come here for. The human heart, not some divine, timeless, spiritual space of worship or devotion or adulation, not some priestess or channel or god being, not a guru or a wise mother figure that can shower you with love or give you a hug or a magic touch, but your own human heart. The cells of your heart knew when to start beating before you emerged from your Mother’s womb, before your first breath. They carry the codes, the memories and the lessons; they carry the instructions for who and what you are to be, and have been, and they carry the information of your lineage, personal and collective, of everything it required to assemble stardust and spirit into the unique being that Mother Earth was able to fashion, so that you could be here now in this place and in this time. Those first cells of your heart imparted to every cell of your body and every atom and molecule that makes up your DNA and your cellular structure, the instructions, the direction and the knowledge of how a star being from the distant galaxies, from the Earth’s oceans and dirt was able to form itself into a human being with the genetic make up of your parents and ancestors so that you, yourself, could be.

Your inner world of biology, your inner world of consciousness, of attention, of breath and of focus is your doorway to all the answers you seek, to the why and how of your life, to the feelings that dominate and control you, to the longings and pain, to the aches and losses, to the hunger and misery and suffering you are carrying from your ancestors and to the joy and celebration of freedom, of unity and harmony – to the peace you so long for in your personal life and in what you see around you on this beautiful golden planet that is so unique in the Universe.

The lessons you are learning are only lessons; for even as you are all these wonderful things in the framework of your human biological and mental, intellectual and psychic structure, so you are also the timeless, immortal and universal spirit that inhabits each cell, the infinite eternality of spirit entering form – the great mystery of who you are, the great mystery of All That Is, that you call God, that you see as the divine – as you see, feel and experience as outside of you, as Jesus or Mary or Buddha or some other Great Being that you pray to or put on a pedestal, attach wings to and ask for help or guidance from

Look to your own wings, to your own source of the great mystery, for truly, I tell you, there is no greater mystery than that which dwells in your own cells, in the memory of who you have been, and what you are and who you have determined to become. This mystery that is written in the stars, is inscribed in your very own DNA. Each strand carries untold treasure and story and reality.

Spiral in and then spiral back out and recognize that the center of the spiral, the one doing the spiraling, is who you truly are.

Your breath loves your body. Your body loves your breath. They are inseparable. For those of you who say “yes, we have been told over and over about this thing you are sharing with us about the answers being within, that God or Jesus or Buddha, or whomever we look to as being our great shining light – as being within – as being the answer, but I don’t FEEL it. I don’t KNOW it; it is just a concept, an intellectual exercise” – the breath is the doorway. You cannot enter the kingdom with the mind and you cannot access the heart without the body. They are all intertwined. heartbodymind all exist within the breath. The breath feeds the body, the body feeds the mind, and the heart feeds the brain, which feeds the heart. There is a symbiosis, an interconnectedness that reaches out beyond the physicality to encompass all life, for all life is bodymind and is connected through the in and out of breath – the heart pumping life force, renewing the old, stale energy with the living spirit that animates the fullness of life and allows the brainmind to think and the bodymindbrainheart to create all the wonderful tools and technologies and poetry from words and building blocks of matter. The mystery of who you are is so vast and intricate, it cannot be grasped by the intellect, even in millions of lives, but it can be felt by one heart in, one now moment, for it is also simple and pure and innocent and exists in the imagination, in the child’s curiosity and in the world of play.

Consider the breath for a moment; Like the tide, it flows, it comes and goes; it is never still, always moving in and out, one wave after the other, some big, crashing waves, and then the sucking of the undertow gathering its forces for the next wave and sometimes a gentle swell, and then the water washes the shore and fills the tide-pools and the holes where the clams and mussels breathe. And so too, the breath comes and goes, and as you sit and breathe, and feel, perhaps sadness or anger or frustration with your challenge, with your health or financial or relationship issue, there is an understanding that each breath you take, as you hold that thought with the breath, it must be released with the out-breath, and then the next in-breath is a new one, a different one and you cannot re-breathe the last breath you just released, for it has gone, like a million breaths before it, it came and it went. And there will be another breath in a year’s time that will carry a different thought, a different character, a different feeling, but right now, this breath that we breathe is unique. It exists only in the moment and I can choose to attach whatever thought or feeling I wish to it, and as it becomes complete, I will breathe out and then, there will be another opportunity for another breath, and I can attach to it whatever thought, feeling or moment of attention I please. I have the freedom to breathe my own breath and to feel what I now choose to feel and think, what I now wish and choose to think as I breathe in that breath; and as sure as night follows day and the day follows night, I can watch that breath release, feel the air leave my body and feel the new breath coming in. And who am I? I am the one who breathes, I am the one who watches, who chooses, who thinks and feels, breathing in and releasing out. My existence depends on this action of breathing in and releasing. My body, my brain, my heart, all are partaking of this process and are all feeding each other. My mind is the fluid energy of in and out and watching, feeling, thinking, being. And they are all connected to this great mystery of existence that has some kind of spirit attached to them. And perhaps, when the process stops, there will be nothing, and perhaps that spirit continues without the process. I will find out, or I won’t. It does not matter. Right now, what does matter, is that I am breathing in and out and there is a choice for me as to what thought and emotion I attach to the breath. And it is all within that this process happens. There may be answers within that arise, and when they do, it is that “still small voice” that I now pay attention to.

You have heard the terms “There is only Love” or “there is only God”. Forget about that. These are concepts. There is only breath. As far as you, I, we are concerned, that is the only truth you need. Everything rises and falls within the moments of breath. Life exists in breath.

May the Living Spirit that is within all life be present in each breath you breathe, and bring you peace.

Volcanoes and Fairies                     September 1st, 2016
There seems to be a shift in the air. Today is the New Moon and you may be feeling that the challenges you have seen around you or been witnessing have become very polarized as good and bad, very intense or ease and grace. There is something coming, and it is as though, if you were an animal, you would be able to sense it, to sniff it, to perhaps run to safety or hide or gather nuts.

We suggested a title for this transmission as Fairies and Volcanoes

The contrast between these two energies, in some way, exemplifies this dichotomy, this sense of polarization, for some people are beginning to feel the magic of the faerie kingdom in their life, are feeling that there is an unfolding happening in their lives where every day, there is magic, there is miracle, serendipity and a sense that all is moving in a positive and community experience of greater collaboration and benevolence in their lives in spite of the occasional challenge or miscommunication or sense that something is not quite in place.

And then there are those who are being challenged by great upheaval, by intense experiences, emotions, things falling apart, health issues or relationship breakups, children in crisis and great burden financially.

So in the rest of the world around you, there is a sense of something beyond your control, a craziness, a tremendous place of uncertainty and insecurity; the feeling that the volcano is about to blow its top, and there may be nowhere to run to.

Do not panic. Take a few well earned, deep breaths and allow. There is nothing to do, there is nothing you can do to prepare for these kind of shifts, except to understand that there is something momentous upon you that is now entering the field of your earthly experience. There is magic and mystery and chaos and dissolution. If you look at the US presidential election process and the disintegration that is happening with this cumbersome giant you call the USA, you can realize that there is an unprecedented change coming, and the only way to prepare is to surrender.

It is an inside job now, as the shift that is occurring is a shift in consciousness from separation consciousness to unity consciousness and that which is not unified is being challenged to change its focus, its viewpoint, its position and awareness.

The health problems you may be experiencing, or those of your loved ones, are reflections of something inside that has been hidden, out of your awareness, that has been controlling your life, now wanting to be recognized, changed, shifted, so that it no longer is running the show, and the places that were trying to pretend that they don’t exist in you or them, are now saying: “here I am, please take a look at me, I have arrived so you can begin again, with a fresh approach, one that speaks of integrity, wholeness, wholesomeness.. Is there a way we can do things differently now, be more honest, more clear, more true”

For the volcano may blow its top and spread fear and panic and dust and particles and a sense of hopelessness. But that is what is rife on your planet already. It is just that is has only affected the dispossessed, the poor, the “others”, the oppressed, the children in “3rd world ” countries, the refugees from the poor villages who just want to have food, shelter, warmth and a place to rest.

And those of you who have spent your days shopping and playing with your toys and electronic devices are now facing the fact that you may be refugees from your own selves, from your hearts and it is becoming more and more difficult to keep your hearts closed, for some part of your system is shutting down, hurting, crying out for succor.

Some of you are sprinkling fairy dust around, moving through the challenges, lighting up and opening your hearts. If this could have a name, it would be the age of the heart, for the mind, the brain, the ego, the personality, the scientific, religious control mindset that has been dominated by a masculine ethic, is drawing to a close, and the Mother energy, Pele, the volcano is raging and boiling inside and won’t have anything to do with it.

There was once a continent, a civilization, very similar to yours that existed in the middle of the Atlantic ocean, that had an extremely advanced technological civilization, that colonized and controlled many other cultures and countries and civilizations, that engaged in warfare with terrible weaponry and that ended up in great decadence and eventually destruction, a response, perhaps, of the Great Mother, your planet Gaia, that cannot be controlled and that shakes off the impudence of the human hubris like a giant beast shaking of the puny attempts of man to tether and climb upon and destroy her, like shaking off ants and water from the back and shoulders.

It is a time of choice, not powerlessness, not denial, not hopelessness, but a time for introspection, looking at your life and being prepared to simplify, redefine, be willing to allow change and be able to see it as opportunity, as a chance to refresh, to renew, to rebuild from the heart up, not destroying or denigrating the mind and the ego, but integrating, allowing and accepting that there is a way, the fairy dust can settle and exact its changes before volcanic ash covers everything. The winds can shift the populations of refugees to a promised land that is waiting for you now. Your ridiculous presidential “race” is a race to the precipice, a vaudeville show, a comic representation of where your technological mind and profit orientation has taken you so that the prophet voice is overshadowed by the sounds of your driving, heavy loud and discordant music blaring from your vehicles as you wait for the lights to turn.

You are at the crossroads, and the lights are stuck on red and at the same time amber – the warnings are there in front of you. Imagine what it is like sitting in your car with miles and miles of highways as you desperately try to drive your way out of danger; highways clogged with vehicle atherosclerosis and no bypass. Now is the time to build highways to sanity, to a healthy community-oriented way of being that honors Mother Nature, life and human hearts.

There are holocausts all around you on your planet and everyone is so busy shopping and preparing for the next orchestrated opportunity to buy flowers and send cards that are being manufactured in China for your consumption at the cost of health, sanity and the Mother’s life force.

Wake up in your bed this next morning, or the next or the next and ask yourself: “do I want to continue on this wheel or can I change”? Ask: “What can I do, one step I can take, what is it that will create something different for me and my family?” There is a solution for each one of you, a personal, intuitive, introspective solution that is both elegant and essential. Now is the time to assess your life and ask the questions. There are many angels, guides, ancestors and departed loved ones who see from a higher perspective and communicate through the HEART. They are waiting for you to turn to them, and then to listen to their suggestions. The answers will come in the “still, small voice” but you must quiet the madness and all the other voices within to be able to hear them. They have your solution in mind, so please listen and then follow your guidance, your heart, your intuition. We are loving you very much. We are your other selves, your angels, your friends on the “other” side of the veil, in the dimensions that touch yours when you open your hearts to know us. We are also the fairies, the fey, the little ones who dwell in your gardens and places of refuge, those few that have not been covered with concrete and asphalt. Look for us, ask for us, find us. We are there, waiting and we love you. You are part of us as we are part of you. There is only God’s love, only light, only love. All else is an illusion. You are not bodies, you are infinite, immortal souls, spirit in matter, here for a short time. Blessings to you for reading this far.!,

Grandfather Tree

“We all have great accumulations of suffering stored in our bodies; The loss of a parent, a child, someone. Abuse. So much pain, so much anger is accumulated and stored in the cellular memory of the body. In order for this world to become a sane place, in order for humanity to survive, in order to be happy, it is necessary that more and more people are able to release these old burdens from the memory held within the body, so they can be free. But they can also create a ripple effect, to open the hearts of everyone they know, everyone they love, so that more and more hearts can be open. Because, as the mass switches towards more and more of the craziness, of the violence, of the mindlessness, there has to be a greater counterbalance to bring it back home to the heart. It is our work, for the heart thread and for all of those who are awaking now.

It is important to be open, to open the heart, and to open hearts. It is so important because the new model of society, of unifying civilizations into the heart space is what is happening for the planet, and for all who are able to participate in this. There is nothing to do. We are so busy doing, that we get lost in the doing. We get lost in our story. We get lost in the pain, in the anger, resentment, the hopelessness and the despair sometimes, the pain of a breakup or loss, or rejection, a misunderstanding. All of the emotions that a human undergoes can be cathartic. They help you to wake up. It is pain that also brings about an awareness of something beyond. The ability to experience that others have pain too, that they are like you, that they too carry this human imprint of suffering, then you can begin to recognize that you, your brother and your sister are all the same in the eyes of Creator. No one is loved more or less.

Just like the sun shines equally everywhere, so too does God’s love that which created everything that is, that is continuing to pour into the entire universe. This love is available to be received and felt, to be experienced and used, to transform the emotions that keep us in bondage so that we can be free. We can be clear. We can be free of our old patterns that are based on what came to us as children, and what we brought to this world when we came, and what is seeking to be healed and clarified. We each carry some special gift. Some carry many, but we each have that special one-pointed uniqueness that is an individual spark, your soul, your connection to Source. That spark that created all that is, is the same spark that created you and that sustains everything.

It is our privilege and blessing to experience what we call life, awareness, consciousness. We have evolved.

We have evolved. Our minds, our consciousness have grown since the early times when genetic implants helped to create the human beings that you are now. Your intelligence has developed. Your ability to be within an environment that is changing rapidly is a measure of your intelligence. And so, as you deal with what comes up, you are refining, you are honing. It is like sharpening the knife, sharpening the blade of the samurai sword, polishing it, bringing it to such a fine edge that it can slice through hair along its length.

You are so much more than you think, than you realize. You understand, you are taught that you use 10% of your capacity, of your creative ability, your interconnectedness with all that is through the DNA, your 12 strands; beyond two; your multi-dimensionality and your interconnectedness with your galactic brothers and sisters, with your neighbors; with the creatures that dwell within the earth, above the earth. You have yet to meet your friends in the animal kingdom. In the plant kingdoms, in the rock and mineral. There are souls waiting to greet you in every tree that are connecting, that you are connected to. But you do not see.

You do not feel it until you go to that tree and talk to it, relate to it, share with it. Recognize there is a soul that has a different way of communicating, has a different kind of nature, and yet is able to communicate with you. As you experience this, you will recognize how interconnected everything is. This is the nature of God, of God’s love. It interconnects and interpenetrates all that is.

 

Creator has given us the ability to create. What a gift. We were given a life, and then tools to use that life. To create. What are we creating? For ourselves, for the world, for Creator?

It is possible, and it is time to direct our creative energy to an evolved planet that recognizes its interconnection with all the other planets and all life, and recognizes its oneness within the framework of God’s love and that which God has created. There is nothing that is separate from God. Because however you call it, however you think about it, whatever image, whatever understanding you have of that which you call “God”, it must include all that is. Everything is God. That is how we know, that is how it is. It is also imbedded in our soil, our blood and our cells. That there is a flow, an electromagnetic flow, that carries information, that carries light, that carries communication, that carries the voice of Spirit. It can be shared and experienced as unity.

And so it is possible now for this evolved consciousness that you have become, moving into the next level of experience as a creative source of creation, from Creator’s love expressing in this world. We are evolving together a new world, benevolent, unified, safe. You are invited to participate by opening your heart, finding someone to love, to care about, to consider perhaps, “what is it like for them”? Those that you judge, those that you hate, those you abhor. What is it like to be them? Perhaps you will have compassion when you feel the misery that breeds actions and thoughts that can harm another. When you understand that when you hurt your neighbor you hurt yourself, that you are all that is, that everything and everyone is an aspect of your consciousness and what you’ve created. The world is a collective consciousness of all of you creating all of you, just like God does. Just like God is. An endless infinite process of creation. You could define God in this manner. The most amazing intelligence possible beyond imagining. You have that behind you, under you, inside of you. Within the atom is this unified field. It is in every atom of your being. There is programmed within you, in every cell, in every atom, this consciousness of God. Of creative energy, of life force, that pulsates within you. This is God and this is you. There is nothing else but God’s love. And everything is an expression of it.

When you recognize the feeling of recognizing that this is something that can be felt, this love of God; it can be felt in that warmth, somewhere in the midst of all the suffering, there are moments of warmth. Put your energy and focus there. Remember them. Let them begin to shine and warm up more and more until you feel the glow always. For you will be safe in that space. When you recognize that you are protected, you are guided. There are beings that watch over you and are waiting for you to ask for help, tell them what they can do to bring you less stress, greater happiness, a sense of peace; A desire to help another; An ability to listen; To recognize yourself as this unique creation that has never been, will never be again in this form, with this being, this body, this summation, this intelligence and this consciousness and this personality. You have it all. It is all laid out before you. A garden. The garden has been trashed, and it is time to clean it up. We, we’ll call ourselves the angels, wish you to please clean up the garden. There are children waiting to come and play in it. We love you. We thank you. Bless you.”
